“Every time I fly back to PA my first stop after grabbing rental car, Corropolese on Egypt Rd is my first stop. Nothing like home like a couple Tomato Pies and the first is usually gone by the time I get to Reading. Driving while eating a slice and minimizing the sauce on one’s hand is skill best learned through practice. 😀
Staff is always friendly and the 1/4 pies are always stacked high, ready to go. Don’t change a thing Corropolese and keep up the great work!“

“I absolutely LOVE this place! I tell EVERYONE about the cheesesteaks in particular. So MUCH so that today I’m actually getting ready to order 2 of them to take down to Maryland (… those folks do NOT know how to make a half decent steak sandwich, bless their hearts 😩) for my lovely sister who normally doesn’t eat much red meat, but BayBEE, when I rock up to the front door with one of THESE… trust me when I tell YOU… oh yeah, it’s goin’ DOWN! We sit at that damn table and the only sound you hear is both of us mumbling “oh MY goodness”, as we shake our heads. But don’t get it tangled, alright? The pizza is fantastic too, and don’t EVEN get me started on the Italian Stromboli. Good GRIEF! Please be so kind and accept my sincerest apologies, ladies and gentlemen, as I seem to be rambling. In conclusion, if you haven’t already guessed, I highly recommend Papa Guido’s to anyone who has a taste for delicious food that’s affordable, made exactly to order, and is ALWAYS fresh, and has great service as well. “What a fabulous find in Havertown. My husband and I loved every dish we had - pear salad, quail, and duck. The bread, some of it olive bread, is outstanding. Cheesecake and Citrus Olive Oil Cake completed an original and inspired meal. The staff is as friendly as can be with impeccable service. I felt we made new friends of the staff! “A level above most pizzerias. I stopped in today for the 1st time to try a slice of pizza and was very impressed. The dough tasted fresh, was nicely crispy but still easy to chew. The cheese was high quality and the chunky sauce was so delicious! Ill definitely be back for more.“

I am a salmon snob, and "Roz and Roccos" delivered: my salmon was cooked to perfection with that delicious crispy top layer that I love. “Went to Manayunk for dinner on a whim and had a drink and food at Mia Ragazza. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Larissa at the bar recommended a good light lager with the Margherita pizza and Ceasar style brussel sprouts. Everything was cooked perfectly. Looking forward to future visits.“

“My biggest regret about our visit here is that it wasn't sooner. We've truly been missing out on some delightful food. I have yet to pass this place during business hours and not see them packed. Last night we had reservations at Versante for two for our anniversary. Jamie and Anna were our servers, and they were so friendly. They listened to our questions and made (excellent) suggestions. Initially, it took a little longer than expected for them to greet us, but it was a fairly busy Saturday night and that's to be expected. Not a dig, but be prepared to wait if needed... I promise you, it's worth it. We started with the tuna tartare, burrata salad and arugula salad. The tuna tasted fresh and the mango it was paired with was so refreshing. The burrata, prosciutto and red peppers was another great pairing- simple, clean, fresh and balanced with some arugula and olives. The arugula salad with orange vinaigrette made for a lovely palate cleanser between rich courses. My better half had the seafood pasta special and it looked incredible- homemade pasta with Chilean sea bass, scallops, shrimp in a lobster sauce... he looked like he was in heaven while he was enjoying that dish. I had the pappardelle bolognese, thinking it's a very simple dish... and while yes, it was simple, it was still outstanding and flavorful. You can tell a lot of thought (and love) went into these meals. Then there was dessert.... homemade cheesecake with a raspberry sauce, and homemade chocolate mousse cake. Both of them would be worth a trip back for on a whim.“

“Went to Adelina's five months ago the week they opened. It was a disappointing experience on multiple fronts and my review said as much. Last night was completely different and I thought it was important to say so. The service was attentive. The wine list was expanded and had more affordable options. But the star of the night was the food. Eggplant fritters were crispy outside and pillowy inside and came with a delicious complementary dipping sauce. A charcuterie board is not usually something that excites me. But the selections we tried were transportative. The pecorino tartufo with our Pinot noir were the perfect pair. The other meats and cheese we tried made every bite a party. Our entree selection was the lasagne, which we didn't realize was vegetarian. The dish completely won us over. Inventive and flavorful, the lasagne in not like something you've had before and is a must try! I'm so glad we came back and gave Adelina's another try. Cheers!“

“A beautiful restaurant for medium to large parties or a delicious intimate dinner. We had a private birthday brunch for 50 and enjoyed an awesome menu of choices. The staff was great and the dining room is gorgeous. It's BYOB, so we brought beer, wine and stuff for Martinis and Manhattans. Parking is a large lot in the rear. The staff set it all up for us. GREAT place!“
