“We were in town for the weekend. Went to dinner Friday night without a reservation but they squeezed us in. The staff, service and food were amazing. We loved it so much we went back for brunch on Sunday before we left town. The host remembered us when we came in, he welcomed us back. The brunch was sensational! We sat in the sunroom during snowfall. It was beautiful and cosy. I wish we lived closer to go again and again. 10/10! Will recommend to anyone heading that way!“

“My review is a little mixed but overall more positive than negative. The atmosphere is great and everything was very comfortable and clean. The waitstaff were amazing and very friendly. My partner and I went for apps and drinks and the food was really good! We had the poblano chicken dip and the pierogis with short ribs and both were excellent!!! My only negative were the drinks. I had the “Apple Bottom Jeans” rum cocktail and it was a play on an Apple mule but what I got was a massive mouthful of grated ginger and lime. It was really unpleasant. My boyfriend got the “Are We There Yeti” which is bourbon based but it was so sour from the lemon that we couldn’t taste any of the vanilla maple bourbon flavor. Each drink was $15 and for that price, I would hope for really balanced drinks. I would go back, definitely for the food but I’ll be really cautious about getting any drinks that have strong flavors like lemon or ginger.“

It’s a small joint but I am never disappointed with anything I order. My whole family loves their Goat Or Chicken Biryani. Just got a tray of goat biryani. They keep the quality same. “We made Fegley's our first stop upon arriving in Bethlehem PA for our Oktoberfest vacation, and it did not disappoint. Our waiter Eli was attentive and helpful throughout our entire visit, and the food was excellent across the board. The beer flight Eli selected for me was spot on, with the cider standing out as our favorite of the bunch. My brisket grilled cheese featured incredibly tender meat, and the crisp thick cut bread held everything together perfectly. The fries were crispy and tasted freshly made. My wife's chicken sandwich came piled with enough chicken for two sandwiches, and she loved it, especially the coleslaw, which had the perfect balance of mayo and spices. It is a very comfortable spot for lunch or dinner, and you can watch the brewing process on display.“

Anyway, day, two day old coffee ? Don't want to suffer the burnt re-cook of the stove, or the radiated foaming microwave ? Crack out the old perc from the camping supplies. Do not use the guts, just simply add a few, literally less than my son's handfull, Monocacy Coffee whole beans into the aged coffee, bring to quick boil and viola ! Resurrected super delicious enjoyable renewable coffee. Truth.“
