“This is literally the best ice cream I've ever tasted. I'm here for the weekend, but I've already told my wife I want us to drive the two and a half hours it takes to get here from our house because the ice cream is just that good! Major props to the little lady that was so kind and patient with us old guys. Had to leave her a good tip and then we all ate outside looking out at this massive mountain while listening to classic 80's tunes. It was hands down one of the most relaxing things I've done in a while. I'm definitely coming back!“

“There are a lot of options here, and it’s open really late. Until 10pm every night. The custard was very good, and the Italian ice is very refreshing. The line was SO long for no reason but also went by super quick. The reason for 4 stars is because the customer service is not exactly the best. I know it’s just a Rita’s, but I’ve also never been here and it was so confusing with all their options (bc they have a bunch of choices that are so similar to each other) and the woman taking our order didn’t really seem to care much to explain.“

The associates working there today (7/29/24 @ 4:45pm) were absolutely wonderful. They were patient and kind, took everyone's order perfectly. “Commie Karen Alert!!! Terrible customer service. Failed to fulfill my order property. already made the wrong order before telling me they can not give me what I ordered. Suggesting a cone is not safe for my dogs ... but I suppose having them eat styrofoam is perfectly fine? I was not asking you, I was telling you. I didn't know these young girls were professional veterinarians with degrees in animal science. My dogs eat the styrofoam every time I get these. I can't imagine how styrofoam is better than a cone or an edible dish. Considering they can devour 4 cases of Oreos, drink a gallon of bleach and eat roadkill from last week, I have a hard time believing that a cone is "unsafe" for a 80lb dog. You could of simply said "no, we won't do that." instead of making me pay for something I didn't want. I would of then just ordered regular ice cream in the edible dish and not told you it's for a dog. The good news is, there are plenty of other ice cream locations that know how to follow directions.“

“We were on vacation nearby during Memorial weekend and passing Weissport. This was when we stumbled upon this cute little ice cream shop. The tables inside are chalkboards, great for kids and adults. There is also a piano that people can play some impromptu tunes. We liked it.“

From the fresh roasted peanuts ( you can call if you have an allergy and the owner will inform you if she’s roasting and she’s the sweetest) the chocolates are always fresh and delicious also well priced 10/10 for adults and children the nostalgia and collectibles inside are always in the best condition and great prices

“This shop is a wonderful place to pop into while you are strolling the streets of Jim Thorpe. We came for the coffee and it did not disappoint! The espresso in my mocha was wonderfully balanced. The shop has plenty of seating although it does fill up quickly. I would recommend trying the mocha for a sweet caffeinated boost of energy.“
