“I’m not local to this area, but stopped in today while visiting a relative who recommended it. There are so many interesting flavors, it was hard to choose! I ended up getting Peanut Butter Crunch Explosion in a waffle cone. I’m normally not a PB ice cream fan, but this flavor was perfect and even tops my all time universal favorite, Moose Tracks. The waffle cone was delicious and you could tell it was homemade. I also picked up some Cake Crunch topping from their selection of toppings and premade ice cream items. They had a lot to choose from! I’m unsure of the name of the young lady that helped me, but she was very kind, patient, and pleasant to interact with. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!“
“My hubby and I decided to take our family for ice cream, (4 adults and 4 grandbabies) after our visit to the Philly Zoo. The associates working there today (7/29/24 @ 4:45pm) were absolutely wonderful. They were patient and kind, took everyone's order perfectly. We would definitely recommend to everyone and my family will be repeat customers. Thank you.“

“Great ice cream options, good service, and a nice view of the sunset from the deck. My question is why can't a customer add a tip when using a credit card?“

“Listen… I was on a noble quest for King Kone, the so-called “ice cream royalty.” But when I pulled up and saw the line wrapping around the block like it was the Taylor Swift Eras Tour, I said: nah fam. Ain’t no scoop on planet Earth worth aging a whole presidential term in line. So I yeeted myself across the street into this mysterious little spot called Just Chill Creamery.
At first, I thought I was walking into an abandoned blockbuster. Place was EMPTY. I legit had a Scooby-Doo moment like, “Did I just trespass? Did they forget to flip the ‘open’ sign? Am I about to get haunted by a ghost that screams about lactose intolerance?”
But NO. Two absolute legends were behind the counter—friendly, smiling, ready to scoop my soul back to happiness. And then I saw it: Hershey’s ice cream. Now, listen. Some people clutch pearls at that. Me? I straight up salute. Birthday cake? Cotton candy? That’s not ice cream, that’s emotional support therapy disguised in a cone.
Prices? CHEF’S KISS. I ordered a “kid size” thinking I’d get a thimble of sadness. Nope. One glorious chunky scoop, enough to remind me why childhood obesity rates exist.
But THEN. Oh-ho-ho THEN. They pointed me toward the back. A secret lair. Another whole seating area—like Willy Wonka’s Airbnb. Funky chairs, bright tables, PINBALL MACHINES. My jaw dropped. Why is nobody talking about this place? Where are the crowds? The influencers? The TikTok dances? I was basically living in an undiscovered ice cream utopia while the peasants were still lined up at King Kone getting heatstroke in a parking lot.
So here’s the deal: if you roll up to King Kone and see a line that looks like you’re about to enter Disney World, do yourself a favor. Cross the street. Enter the void. Find Just Chill Creamery. Is it Michelin-star gelato flown in from Italy? No. But is it good? YES. Is it fast? YES. Is it secretly awesome? ABSO-FREAKING-LUTELY.“

“I found out about the business from a birthday party I attended and the cookies were so cute and tasted great! I thought they would be perfect for a party I was having a week later. I knew it was a tight time frame, but I asked anyways and WOW did they deliver! My husband loves Lord of the Rings so I asked for 30 themed cookies and of course they were fantastic. Thank you so much!“

“Excellent sweet treats! We got Hot cider, chocolate soft and red velvet soft serve, pup cup and two iced teas ( peach and blueberry). Wow!! Everything was soooo good. The young lady working was wonderful and the other customers were so patient while she was the only one working at this time. Definitely a good stop with the family.“

“This small candy shoppe has just about every type of candy and sweet treat you could want. They offer everything from soft and hard candies to mouth-watering Asher’s chocolates and creamy ice cream. They even carry fun little items for proud dog owners, which was a nice surprise.
Like many of the shops in Jim Thorpe, this place has a small, quaint charm that really pulls you in. The warm, friendly vibe makes it easy to browse and enjoy the moment. The shopkeeper was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and courteous, and you could tell they were genuinely attentive to every customer who walked in. Overall, it’s a sweet stop that adds to the town’s cozy atmosphere, and definitely worth checking out.“
“We had a great afternoon at Rolling Hills! We started with the batting cages, played a round of mini golf, and finished up with ice cream. Very friendly and helpful staff.“

“Such a cute cafe with lots of unique drink options. I got the Caterpillar iced latte and it was delicious and reasonably priced. I appreciated that they had oat milk as an option (not every coffee shop does). The workers were very friendly. I could see myself becoming a regular at this place if I lived in the area.“

“We do a lot of traveling and like to sample ice cream on our different trips. By far Claude’s Creamery has the best ice cream! It’s a very friendly atmosphere, the staff is always courteous, (a real rarity today) and is very inexpensive for a family. It’s always the bright spot on our trips to Palmerton! 5-Stars“
