“This bar is like 2 miles off of main St in Palmerton. Looks like a converted house from outside but inside is very nice even cozy. Service was excellent and food was good place was clean. Ordered a burger and it was good, I did not order the wings but people next to me did and they looked and smelled delicious. Would definitely return“

“On the way to Becky’s Drive In we discovered this restaurant. I can’t express how much we loved it. The wait staff were attentive, caring and informative on specials and menu items. The draft list was extensive, including local favorites as well as seasonal specials. There is a whole candy bar dedicated to toppings for their cocktails and sangria flights(love). I had the rosemary French onion soup & sriracha ranch chicken wings with local honey added to the sauce. The soup was hands down the best I have ever had and the wings were cooked perfectly and coated in sauce. I loved my time here!“

“It’s my first time here. The place is nice, with unique decorations unlike a typical bar. The beer menu is displayed on the wall, and the cocktail menu is on paper. It’s small but cool. You’ll need to find street parking nearby. A great spot to grab a beer and try different flavors!“

“I absolutely love this place, I've been here many times, and it never disappoints. From taking the distillery tour to attending special events, I keep finding new reasons to come back. The outdoor fire pits create the perfect evening atmosphere to enjoy one of their signature cocktails, and the tented area with string lights and live music adds a wonderful touch to the experience. The food is consistently high quality, which just adds to the appeal. I truly can’t recommend Eight Oaks enough!“

“My wife and I wanted to get on the motorcycle and take a ride to get some pizza. We picked Mario’s (we’re from the Brodheadsville area). As soon as we walked in the staff was friendly and answered our questions. We just orders 4 slices and some garlic knots. The pizza was fantastic and the dipping sauce for the knots was great!! We can’t wait to try it again!!“

“Just past the Curiosities Coffee and Ice House, you will find this wonderful place. I stopped in for the mead, but they have wine as well. I was greeted by a wonderful young lady that explained everything about the mead.

The samples were the perfect size to get a taste and savor the flavor. They have oyster crackers to clear your palate before the next sample. After the tasting, I picked up a couple bottles for home.“

“Since I’ve moved around the area two years ago this is my go to place, not only for pizza, but cheesesteaks, soups, hoagies, everything is outstanding. I ordered a cheese steak tonight, when I got home to my suprise not only did the cheesesteak look great as always, but they threw in some fries. The kitchen crew there does a phenomenal job, and the service is top notch. I’m glad to have this place 2 minutes away! Thank you and will order again next week! Lol“

We were introduced to the orange cosmopolitan that was delicious! Then she made me a hot apple cider with fireball with a cinnamon stick! It was so good... Just what I needed to warm up ... “Great spot, with a huge all-weather deck; we had to eat on the sidewalk at one of 3 tables because we had the dog with us. A hot day in March brought ALL the people out so it was busy as heck at 3:00 pm. The big pluses were meeting the owners which were so amazingly friendly, and our server was sweet as apple pie. Good solid pub/bar food and a fun atmosphere. Cozy little bar. Fish & chips and Reuben were very nice.“
