“My husband and I just did the behind the barrels tour experience. Absolutely wonderful tour learning about how Eight Oaks was founded and how they support the community. We got to taste multiple samples to further the experience. Our tour guide Patty was so knowledgeable and sweet. I would recommend this as something everyone should experience. Also my husband said they made the best burger he's ever had. So, also a great place to eat while enjoying the drinks.“

“It’s my first time here. The place is nice, with unique decorations unlike a typical bar. The beer menu is displayed on the wall, and the cocktail menu is on paper. It’s small but cool. You’ll need to find street parking nearby. A great spot to grab a beer and try different flavors!“

“I proposed to my fiance at Joey B's. When I made the reservation the staff was helpful and excited.. During the big day there were some unplanned disruptions but the entire staff was great and they all took photos and videos. They made it a most memorable evening. I will always be indebted to Joey B's. Thank you very much.“

“This bar is like 2 miles off of main St in Palmerton. Looks like a converted house from outside but inside is very nice even cozy. Service was excellent and food was good place was clean. Ordered a burger and it was good, I did not order the wings but people next to me did and they looked and smelled delicious. Would definitely return“
“We stopped into this little room while roaming Jim Thorpe. I’m glad we did. They offer free tastings of up to four of their products. In this case, that was a big deal because we weren’t ready to pay for a tasting as we were simply shopping at the time. I left with a couple bottles, though. Their peach mead was really great! It’s a basic tasting room but fits the Jim Thorpe vibe really well. Would definitely make a point to stop back next time we are in town.“

“My boyfriend & I stopped by today & we had an amazing experience. We were visiting from out of town & Abby the bartender was so cool. We were introduced to the orange cosmopolitan that was delicious! Then she made me a hot apple cider with fireball with a cinnamon stick! It was so good... Just what I needed to warm up ... Great place! Great atmosphere!!“

“This is a cute place with a bunch of delicious food. Our group was pleased. The IPA was great. Server was decent. The only downfall for me was the chili. This chili doesn't belong in a bowl, it's hot dog chili. Other than that, very tasty bar food. We had 6 different meals and 3 appetizers all very good.“

“We were in Jim Thorpe, a magical town, with many bars and restaurants. We walked in to enjoy some fabulous authentic chinese food. Fantastic. Joy, was very friendly and sweet. The food was excellent. We are from New York amd often eat in china town in both New York and Philadelphia. The fireplace was such a warm inviting touch as we ate. We did order food to take back to the air B&B with us. You do not need any soy sauce or duck or anything. The taste of the food was excellent. We ordered a lot for 2 people, however, it was so nice to enjoy our wine that we brought in and just relax. We were not rushed at all. It was a wonderful end to our weekend.
