“This picture WAS part of a half rack of ribs. I say "was" because you can easily push the pork off of the bone with a finger; that's how tender it was.
Also, you don't even need the sauce; the ribs were good just with the rub that came on it. The sauce just made it better. Glad we decided to get ribs tonight!“

“Stopped in today for lunch. We ordered the trinity. Baby back ribs, pulled pork and burnt ends, Collared greens and cornbread casserole. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing!!!! For every meal purchased a donation is made that feeds three children. I love that❤️ We will definitely be back.“
“We had Uncle Rick’s cater our Thanksgiving dinner this year and it was excelllent. The turkey, mac n cheese, and cornbread dressing was a huge hit! Not just the food, but the ordering process and service was smooth and friendly. Uncle Rick’s Smokehouse is AMAZING!“

“I ordered today. Food was excellent. Cooks were professional and courteous. I’ll definitely order from there again. Had an emergency about a month or so ago and needed to serve at least 60 people. They accommodated my entire order on the spot. 5 stars is my rating.“

“I got the cheese steak and the cheese steak egg roll.
The cheese steak egg roll was fantastic. It has plenty of cheese in it. The meat was cooked just right. Was very solid.
The cheese steak hoagie was good, but the bread had not been streamed, grilled, or toasted so the bread was lacking a lot in that respect. Also the hoagie rolls were super thick and didn't feel like there was much filling just a ton of okay bread.
It took a while to get the food but they had just recently open so I'm not sure if they were just getting going so it took a while or not.
If it was not for the cheese steak egg roll I would probably give this place 3 stars but the egg roll was great and the cheese steak hoagie has a lot of potential, it just needs some slight tweaks to get it much better.“

“My family and I are in Pittsburgh for a little vacation. We had a craving for some barbecue, so we came to Rowdy barbecue to see what they were like and they did not disappoint. The Philly cheesesteak that my wife got was cooked well was a good portion and definitely lived up to the Philadelphia cheesesteak name. I got the brisket which I am very picky about my brisket, but I will tell you this this place knows how to cook and handle a brisket if you were ever in Brentwood, Pennsylvania and you want some good barbecue. You need to check out Rowdy barbecue you will not be disappointed. 5 out of 5 stars would definitely recommend!!!“
“I buy Flame items over the summer at the Ross Twp. Farmer's Market. Louie's sausage has become my favorite, and the onions and peppers in the sausage makes a huge difference. They are fantastic.
Other items are great, but the halushki sneaks up on you: so comforting and good. Ribs and brisket are excellent.
I wish the Smoke Restaurant were closer to get the Nickel Slecial: Pulled Pork Sandwich and Hakusho for $5.is agreat deal.“

“Prices are terrific, service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is what you'd expect out of a tavern, with a bonus from some potted plants.
The soup du jour, a spiced black bean soup, was out of this world. The fried pickles were the best fried pickle wedges I've ever had, with some terrific batter. The wings were good. The sauces were delicious, especially the spice golden BBQ sauce we had (golden goldenboy, I think). The only thing was they weren't crispy.
We'll definitely be back though.“

“Wing night $.75 wings. Here’s the thing - these will be some of the most amazing wings you will ever try. EVER. Garlic Buffalo is new and so far my favorite. Just gotta get back there. It’s like a weekly thing since I’ve found it!“

“We had South Side BBQ company cater our “I do BBQ” with their food truck option. I had spoken with Patrick through out the process and he was easy to talk to and responsive to all of my messages/phone calls. They showed up promptly to our venue and had everything ready to go within 10 mins of being there. Once the guests started getting food, I heard non-stop rave reviews about their BBQ and Mac & cheese. Everything was absolutely delicious and what wasn’t eaten by our guests, Patrick wrapped it up and we took it home. Overall I had an incredible experience with this company and would choose them again for future events. Thanks Pat and team!!“

“Ok, the wagyu truffle burger is actually as good as people say! Well seasoned, good amount of cheese, onion and lettuce is cut into a relish and mixed with sauce which makes the burger perfectly moist. I didn’t really feel truffle and the meat was almost well done even though I specified it wasn’t o be medium. Overall, a burger that’s much better than in most places so I’d definitely be back to try more things.“

“A pictures worth a thousand words but the taste is worth more. Great service. The lady that I spoke with was ready to drive my order to me if Uber took to long. What we order was J*** Brisket, 1/2 slab of ribs (barbecue). Mac and cheese. Greens with pulled pork amd greens with brisket. I told them they mistakenly given us pulled pork which we didnt order. Over all, we'll be returning with more business.“
