Best food around, but EVEN KINDER STAFF. Thank you for letting me use your bathroom in an emergency!!!
The shawarma was ok but every table needed to be wiped off and I was the only customer at that time
I never give people tips when I tries stuff, but I usually hit them up with reviews and will tip in the future because this food is delicious. It’s got a lot of flavor. Incredible prices. I just got the chicken over rice which was loaded with flavorful seasoning and sauce. I will try the barbecue chicken next time which looks really really good.. I plan to make this place a regular option for me because I work close by

Anaya Restaurant and Cafe offers delicious food with a lot of flavor at incredible prices, making it a great option for trying Indian food affordably. The chicken over rice is loaded with flavorful seasoning and sauce, and the barbecue chicken looks really good. Other items include Curry, chickpeas and potato, Spinach chicken over rice, butter chicken, garlic naan, saag paneer, vegetable samosa, and gulab jamon. The food comes with a mini salad and amazing tamarind sauce and chutney sauce. One reviewer from Trinidad found it the closest taste to West Indian culture in the Germantown area and highly recommends walking in and ordering, asking for recommendations. The staff are kind, engaging, and welcoming, with proper knowledge of what goes well together. The atmosphere isn't anything special, but it is clean with a few small tables to sit in and eat. Some find the prices now ridiculous and doubled, with $21 for a small butter chicken, $6 for naan, and $7 for samosas being way overpriced, though the food is good.
