Collard greens taste like canned greens. Mac n cheese was just ok. Yams were very runny and a bit weird with apples added. Brisket tastes a bit dry but slathered in sauce to give it flavor. Definitely won’t try it again.
We stopped by this food truck at Linvilla a few weeks ago and I have to say their food was amazing. I’m from Texas and Oklahoma so I have to say I know good BBQ. Now just like other reviews say, they were out of some items, however, I’d expect this from a busy and good food truck,The reason I came back online was looking for a recipe for their yams and apples to copy for thanksgiving because they were that good!!! So I figured I should write a review. Definitely would recommend

First time visiting , got a platter which I had no idea would be 24$ for brisket and 2 sides but I love good food so I still got it which ended up being a waste . The brisket was very dry and cold , collard greens out the can , and Mac and cheese ok but cold too . Never again & for 24$ they need to b serving more food in the platter .
