“Let me tell you I had the best experience at Chestnut Hill Brewing Company. I had my rehearsal lunch there for a large wedding party of 18. Alex Prost helped me from the beginning of this process to the end. He was friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. He went out of his way to correct an issue with our order and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. The food was delicious and my party had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back to try more items!“

“Really solid brewery. We came here for a midday drink to do some work on a Sunday and it was super quiet. The space itself isn't huge but there are plenty of tables and table options. Bathroom area is quite large. The draft menu is fine, always on the hunt for IPAs and the 6 feet below was much better than the hazy IPA (the latter of which I didn't care for). Service was incredibly friendly and attentive. Easy parking nearby and overall a very accessible experience. We didn't order food but those that did smelled tasty. I don't know that I would specifically come back for the beer but if you're looking for a place to hang out it's definitely a great option.“

“Mike was amazing, He is funnier than alot of standup comedians out there! He’s very knowledgeable in his field and his humor is outstanding. My cheeks hurt after 1 hour of the tour, which by the way went super fast. We lost the track of time with his fun banter.

“Stopped by Barrel Splitters for the first time today and had a very nice experience. The inside is spacious and clean and has a variety of games like darts and corn hole. They have a diverse draft list with about 16 beers and also offer a handful of cocktails. They also have flights, which I love, so you can try a handful of beers if you can’t decide. I ultimately went with their cherry sour which was well-balanced—fruity without being overly tart. They offer pretzels and other snacks and have a food truck in the parking lot where you can order heavier food. Overall nice environment with a great variety of quality beer.“

“Source Urban Brewery, Philadelphia, PA. I hate how much I enjoyed my visit to Source Urban Brewery. Why I wasn’t looking forward to this visit is a story for another time. The young women working this evening were awesomeness. I order the pretzel. It came with beer cheese. I told the young woman how much I loved beer cheese. She said it came with mustard and beer cheese but she could give me 2 beer cheeses. I said, ‘two beer cheese please.’ I have 3 beers each was better than the last. They all had a ton of flavor. They all tasted exactly as they were described. I think they are trying to be a higher end brewery. But, they have a big bar and you never what kind of crowd the Fillmore is going to bring in. “Mainstay has amazing beer & food in a great open space. The beers are outstanding-- consistently flavorful and crisp. The food selection is also great, especially the pizzas. The facility is large and "open" with a great play area for kids and an area for private parties (that I learned last night they also open and use for live music when no parties are scheduled). The staff is friendly and helpful and very attentive. We highly recommend Mainstay and look forward to our next visit!“

“Lovely little spot. It appears to be relatively new. Bright, open and clean. I’d call the decor Minimalistic. The irony of Our Town is that they are from Lancaster. It was quizzo night so they were crowded. The woman next to me at the bar ordered a sour beer. She kicked the keg. No sour beer from Jimmy. We had a nice chat. I think she just wanted to gloat that she got the last sour. I got a $6 citywide. I think I won. Nice little spot.“
