If you’re heading to Northern Liberties with kids in tow (and still want a beer), Craft Hall/Mainstay Independent is a solid choice for lunch.
Craft Hall is a massive industrial space that houses Mainstay Independent Brewing Company and feels more like a sports bar than a traditional brewery. Parking in the small front lot is tight but there’s also street parking and a couple of garages just a few blocks away if you’re willing to loop once or twice.
