“I brought a group of 16 students to this location today and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was amazingly friendly and patient, the food was delicious and the staff served us quickly. One of the managers came out to help serve us and took the time to talk to my students and answer questions.
I don’t usually ever leave reviews, however, the staff at this chick-fil-a was so wonderful I just had to let everyone know!
It can be overwhelming when big groups come into your restaurant but they never made us feel like they were overwhelmed or made us feel rushed, can’t thank them enough for their hard work!“

“Probably the best chic fil a there is for dine in. Staff is excellent- it’s practically a dine-in restaurant! They come around and check if you need anything, offer refills, and are constantly cleaning. Management is around also checking in, and all of the staff seem to be genuinely friends and upbeat. My son also enjoyed the indoor playground on a cold or rainy day. Great CFA!“

“Wow completely blown away by the generosity of the company. Dylan the manager is such an exceptional human being. I work with youth emergency services which is a shelter in the city for teens.
Every year I arrange a holiday event where I come teach and have ppl bring gifts for the teens, do haircuts and a hairstylist. This year the woman who offered to cater cancelled last minute. But luckily Dylan was able to put together a bunch of food for the teens. Donate it by this location, absolutely overwhelmed with gratitude. The compassion in the kindness is unmatched here forever grateful for them and so are the children at youth emergency services on Fairmount Avenue!“

“Love the Chick-fil-A, the people are great, the food was good and the atmosphere was clean and nice. My daughters also like the little play area and have enjoyed that for a few years. Good place to stop for a bite to eat after shopping for goodies at Walmart.

“It was lunchtime and I was craving chick-fil-a and knew there was one coming up on my drive but it was lunchtime and they are usually very crowded but I took the shot and stopped. Of course it was crowded but I decided to stop anyway. I was surprised at how fast the line moved. The young girl that took my order was amazing and patient because I asked to see the menu they have. Once I grabbed my food I thought something would be wrong but I was wrong. The food was perfect as it usually is at chick-fil-a’s but this experience was great and it started once again with the young lady who took my order. The food was fresh and hot with the perfect amount of salt on the fries. I would definitely recommend this chick-fil-a because not only was the food perfect but the service and speed that they got me out of there was amazing.“

“The costumer service here is really great I came down to use a birthday coupon for a free milkshake and found out they don’t do milkshakes since it’s a limited menu for the campus but my cashier Theresa still found a way to accommodate me in some way and did it with a smile as well so I’ll definitely be going back here since it’s so close to my gym!“

“I had the barbecue bacon #jawn they've been advertising on TV lately. I also had the PDF frosted lemonade. My meal was so fresh and delicious!

My only complaint was that the line was so long it wrapped to where I was seated, and I did not like it that those waiting were so close to me. I think they should have opened another lane.

One more thing: a woman from the table next to me blew her nose while I was eating! I was troubled by her doing that. Go to the bathroom or go outside! Do NOT blow your nose while people are eating!“

“Ppl are polite and the place is clean almost spotless and service is fast, in and out quickly. Id rather go inside instead of hanging out at the drive thru line. The parking lot is congested with maniac drivers ? ppl love that chicken good grief lol should've made parking lot bigger.“

The chocolate milkshake was surprisingly delicious... I thought it would be too sweet and taste like medicine (five guys), but it was very refreshing! Really good to drink

I thought it was quite salty, but the chicken was really tender! The lattice fries with Chick-fil-A sauce are delicious! The sauce itself has a smoky flavor ?? As for the drink, I choose black tea, but it is explosively sweet... sweet to the core... so scary“

“Stopped in here after lunch for a quick dessert-like treat. The team had the line flowing smoothly, and the dude behind the counter preparing the orders, maybe his name was Perry or something like that, was making sure things were correct in all situations. Great teamwork during the airport lunch rush.“

“The general manager at this location on February 11th at 10am needs to be rewarded for her excellence. She's friendly, addresses everyone by name even after they've eaten and are cleaning up. She is one of the best fast food people I've ever had an experience with. I went back and asked her name because she deserves it. Selina Thomas is a rock star!!“
