“Brought my CERC group here after a nighttime basketball game last Thursday, and the management/ staff made sure the kids were 100 percent accommodated. This location is a shining example of this company's customer service mantra, and I highly recommend any and all travelers to pay this restaurant a visit!“
“Nina and Larissa are the best! They provide truly amazing customer service at this location. It’s the only place I would visit with my kids — very clean and with top-notch customer service. Never had issues with getting wrong orders. Only issue is that there are so many nails in parking who is placing them there..??“
“Chick Fil-A in Philadelphia. Food was very good. Had a grilled chicken burger w/ fries. Services was like who does that they serve you, bring your meal to your table, give you wipes after your done. Restaurant was clean in an out. They even take care of there workers outside, light of misty spray out in the drive thru, keeping there workers cool an content.“
“Love the Chick-fil-A, the people are great, the food was good and the atmosphere was clean and nice. My daughters also like the little play area and have enjoyed that for a few years. Good place to stop for a bite to eat after shopping for goodies at Walmart.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options at Chick-fil-A?
Kid-friendliness: Yes, this location has a play area for kids. My daughters have had a blast here many times after shopping at the Walmart.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, this location has a wheelchair accessible curb and entrance.“
“This is a tricky review.
The chicken is always good…it’s Chick-fil-A!
Yet, this is not a full restaurant. There is no breakfast menu, extended menu, or dessert menu. There’s only chicken sandwiches, tenders, nuggets, drinks, and fries for the most part. It’s disappointing sometimes when I’m in the mood for a breakfast sandwich. Otherwise service is super fast because items are stocked on heated shelves not order-based! Staff are super nice too! It’s the only CFA in the area so I’m grateful it’s here.
PLEASE NOTE: CFA gift cards are not accepted here (at least when I ordered last)“
“The salad is so expensive but so rich! Really great hahaha
The chocolate milkshake was surprisingly delicious... I thought it would be too sweet and taste like medicine (five guys), but it was very refreshing! Really good to drink
--Even--
I thought it was quite salty, but the chicken was really tender! The lattice fries with Chick-fil-A sauce are delicious! The sauce itself has a smoky flavor ?? As for the drink, I choose black tea, but it is explosively sweet... sweet to the core... so scary“
“By far the premier fast food restaurant and Chick-fil-A location in Philadelphia, the greater Philadelphia area, and probably the state. Staff is fast, friendly, and family oriented. Food was obviously fresh and hot. I’ve eaten at quite a few Chick-fil-As in my day, and the food here is probably the best out of all of them. Facilities were clean.“
“First time at this location; I had a great time. My order came fast, even though it was busy! Yvette Pastore took my order, she was very friendly, polite and sweet. Her customer service was excellent! The food was good and I DEFINITELY would come back, knowing she's here. Would recommend!“
“Love the quick service here. You're in and out in no time. Parking lot is kind of hidden so this was my first time going. I took my time finding it. You'll have to use the Target entrance, but at the first stop sign make a left away from Target. At the bottom of the hill follow it around as if you are going to park under Target.“
“Stopped to get a chicken sandwich and some fries after taking a look at other options in the airport. The line was 25+ people long, and most of the other establishments in the food court had only two or three. It seemed like Chick-fil-A was the place to be, and I have no complaints about the experience. The supervisor was at the cash register, and people were really nice. We only waited for a couple of minutes to order, and the food came out promptly.“
“I'm a repeat customer & I will continue to do so although it's crowded every time I go there, until they screw something up. You get your food between 2-to-3 minutes inside of restaurant regardless how long the lines are. It's faster in-store than drive-thru. Tables and seats are always cleaned after each customer, staff is trained to be courteous and quick. No ignorant attitudes here, the staff walks around being very helpful and attending to you the customer.
10/8/25 today I encountered the first case of IGNORANCE at the “Butler Street” restaurant on Aramingo Ave. The young lady walked our way, as we waited, tossed our tray of food to us from a few strides away, turned, left without addressing the fact that her toss was off and barely made it on to the table. I was surprised. No politeness today; she was extremely crass. In the background, however, their staff was vibing with one another so well that they were rambunctious, loud, lots of laughter all the while patrons dined quietly and one staff member had to tell them all to calm down. In their defense the quality of their product was still as usual and this is not in no way a reflection on ALL of their locations.“
