I placed an order and one of the items was out of stock.
They sat on my order and didn’t reach out to me to let me know.
Finally after a week, they shipped the remaining items without the item that was still out of stock.
After many follow up calls to try and substitute the item, I was told there was nothing they could do.
I asked if they would offer me a coupon for my troubles, they simply said no.
Moving forward I’ll be giving my business to Hickory Farms.
I sent this same message to Customer Service on 12/21. I have received no response.
I am very disappointed in my order of the Salami Sampler. According to your website the sampler contains
