Picked up food for takeout this week. Everything tasted good but I suspected that perhaps the ownership or cooks had changed from when I last ate from here. Just subtle differences such as whole shrimp in the egg roll, darker pork fried rice, and "gooey" looking chicken chow mein. No real complaints as I always liked Happy Dragon's food; but small differences seemed to have occurred.
General tao chicken. Only 2 small pieces of brocolli. Fried rice was good, shrimp roll had one tiny piece of shrimp in it,and the chicken was not fresh at all. I hope I don't get a stomach virus.

I saw the construction outside and thought they were closed. But they’re still OPEN.Service was quick and the food was amazing. I had their fried dumplings, general Tao chicken, and crab Rangoon.
