hello the reason for my email is too compliant about an order I got on Sunday
I brought five fish platters and is very unsatisfied the mac and cheese was not done all the way u can still the cheeses that was not melted I took pictures as well the yams was not sweet at all. I come there a lot and I feel like now the food is being rushed now. this the second time this happened the first time was not bad the this time was unacceptable

Keeboom's- West Philadelphia serves soul food. The best soul food ever had by some, with perfectly cooked yams and mac & cheese. Others found the food really salty, including the Garlic Mash, and could not finish it. The Fish was bland for some, but the fried shrimp were delicious and cooked well. The cheesesteak egg rolls and chicken cheesesteak egg rolls were fried to perfection, with a great bite taste. The fried Whitey platter, mac & cheese, and yams were fabulous. Lamb chops, rice, yams, and Spinach were seasoned well, but the rice had too much grease. The lemonade was great. Customer service is top tier, with a 10 out of 10 experience at the Frankford location for wait time and food.
