KFC in Philadelphia

“This was one of those KFC's that I debated giving 3 or 4 stars. It hivers right along that edge. Staff was nice but seemed scattered. I was the only person in the restaurant but waited for about 10, maybe 15 mins before I ordered.

Ordered the 8 piece bucket with the sides. I wish KFC's or places that cook bone in chicken would let it cook a bit longer, beyond the "timer." The chicken was done but barely or it was rushed. The sides were good, KFC hardly messes those up imo.

The location is great and there is plenty of seating and parking.

Vegetarian options: They have the "beyond" chicken available.“

“They made a great impression on me after 20 yrs of not eating it cause my grandfather died all he ate was KFC n today they didn't disappoint manager was respectful and so was the crew gave the cashier 3 dollars for a tip I'm coming back“

“This is my favorite KFC that I’ve ever been to. I used to come here all the time but I moved to Delaware but today I was in Philly for something and went out my way to stop at this KFC because I have always appreciated the good food and fast service here and it was very good as usual. Plus the staff working there was very friendly. The KFC in Delaware where I live now is not like this, trust me.“

“Man listen, them chicken tenders I got were ????? I got a 16 piece bucket of strips for myself and my kids. They rushed the biscuit, it was light skinned. Outside of that, the staff was friendly and I had no issues with my order.

Parking: They have a parking lot with free street parking along the sides.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that allows people with wheelchairs to enter“

“I miss the days when KFC injected HGH into their chicken. They were huge and tasted delicious. Lol. Now, you have these bony, anorexic pieces of chicken that are so small, they look like they're malnourished. Bring back HGH chicken! I'm kiddin'.... Or am I??? ??“

“Attended a Super Bowl party and I was tasked with bringing the fried chicken. Went to my local KFC in Philadelphia. I was able to get a customized order. The staff went out of their way to help. They were extremely competent and professional. Needless to say the chicken was a big hit and went fast. Kudos to KFC.“

“Ordered ahead but took a while to get French fries because they cook them fresh!!! And they tasted delicious. Manager gave free biscuits, understanding the extended wait. Smart managerial prerogative. Willing to return: well worth the taste... Wendy's you've got a good competitor next door to you.“

“I never forget that sale about 12 years back. It was10 pieces of chicken in a bucket for 10 dollars. For one month. So, you know I had to represent the whole month until the sale ended. Let me tell you, it was worth it, and that chicken and some beer works out pretty good together. I went every day after work. And I will never forget that. Shout out to Second and Allegheny's Kentucky fried chicken. We in the future now, but I just wanted to say thanks for that fried chicken sale back in the day.“

“So I’m from jersey but I’m out in PA to visit the zoo and I stopped by to get some food. I just wanna say customer service was A1. Employees deserve a raise or something. The young gentleman was very fast past and kind. Well mannered and approachable.:). Will definitely be back“

“I got three sandwiches last night for my three children. All the chicken is bad means it’s too old for the sandwich. All my three children got sick from last night. I tried to call the location. Nobody pick up the phone. Let me see what can I do? I need to talk to the manager maybe I need to go there the service I am not satisfied at all.“

“The store was very clean. The staff was very polite and accommodating. When I walked in they were very busy but I did wait no more than 7 mins or less. Trina was on the front with a personable attitude getting everyone served and the rest of the staff was working hard with drive thru getting the job done. This my second time in this location and will come again. And the bathrooms are clean you’ll have to ask for someone to unlocked them.

Kid-friendliness: It’s a family restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: My husband has a rollator to assist with walking. He had no problems getting in and out“

“The food was ok. The tacos I got were really soggy at the fold on the bottom. When I bit into it the taco fell apart. The other food items were good though. The place is clean. The service could use a little work though. They should at least smile.“

“Fully embracing FRIED fare forgetting the I'll fated "KGC"asked for sauces was told 27 cents a piece! Then a supier ranking and visually pleasing employee came over handed me them and waved fee which actually was deciding factor of strengthening or completely ending this customer's relationship with high ranking barber poll decorated well past viable amounts of sodium enriched crusted chicken slinging operations. They did ask why I was still sitting at window until I explained I had not got anything but sauce haha no biggie funny that just happened to me at taco bell this month maybe I'm getting to heavy!“

“This restaurant appears to be one of the busier stores in the area as it is a combined Taco Bell and KFC unit. It appears to have been recently remodeled and looks great on the inside.

Service can be hit or miss at times at this location. It seems to have a fairly younger staff, so urgency for customers is not a priority in the evenings.

KFC side of operations is often good. Taco Bell, of course, does okay with simple orders, but they were unable to keep up with larger orders. I think that is the sacrifice when you combine two popular brands.“
