Kitty's is an awesome local breakfast spot. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and scrapple on the side. The food is homey, delicious, and reasonably priced. Note that Kitty's is cash only. My only complaint (-1 star) is the overuse of styrofoam which is much worse than plastic.
I’ve been going to this luncheonette for 35 yrs original portrichmond people know it as Ratsy’s now known as kitty’s.. awesome place great soups, breakfast, lunch .. awesome staff very clean..
