Waited in the drive thru for OVER 45 min. Knocked on the window and after 3 times the “manager” told me she would NOT come to assist me. Went inside, and still just as rude.
I will not be using them again. It’s not worth saving a few bucks!
we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.

Based on reviews, Little Caesars Pizza has good food, including pizza and cheesy bread, that is made fast. However, service can be horrible and the staff is not always friendly or humble. The location sometimes gets orders wrong, putting on items not asked for, including toppings that cause allergies, and has delivered other people's orders instead of the correct one. The area is run down and it gets crowded, often with only two people working. On a positive note, there are some good, sweet, and professional workers. One manager named Manolito is a great leader. When a specific worker runs the store, the pizza is made perfectly and is consistent. The service is better than the Rising Sun location.
