Papa John's in Philadelphia

“Love this Papa John's. The guy who runs this place is an absolute gentleman. Pizza is always delicious. I know its Papa John's, but its different when you can tell that they care about the quality and what theyre sending out. Great service, always clean, and quality food. You cant go wrong“

“I always tell people that Papa John’s is my favorite pizza out of the big three, so I was thrilled that this place opened a block from where I live.

I’ve been there several times. The employees are polite. The hours are insane too. It will be my go to spot when I need food at 1 AM, which for some reason can be difficult in this area.

Also, the prices will make you think it’s 2015 again. Very fair.“

“Food was good for the most part, it's your typical papa John's location that offers the usual deals and promotions during this time of the year. You could spend $30 and feed a family of 4, that's guaranteed. I'm not sure why there are no beach seats or chairs for customers to be seated while waiting for order but assuming that a certain type of crowd has since abused that convenience. The orders are usually ready within 15-20 minute wait time which is not that bad in comparison to other locations in the city. Especially with the heavy traffic and constant hustle and bustle in this particular area or WESTPHILA.“

“I had an issue with my delivery order, and Marilyn went above and beyond to make it right. She was professional, kind, and handled everything quickly without making the process stressful. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction the way she does. Because of Marilyn’s excellent service, I’ll definitely continue ordering from this location specifically. She is a great example of outstanding management and customer care.“

“Besides the pizza I had in Rome Italy, this is the best pizza and wings I had in my life. The pizza is so good, my son cried when it ran out and took the left over wings to school which he never done before. This is the first day in a row I bought their pizza.“

“Been using Papa Johns for years. So happy when one opened close to me. I always order takeout and use the app. Ordered several times and never a problem with the pizzas. Only issue is getting out as traffic is a problem. This is a new business and I'm sure things will get straightened out for delivery.“

“I’ve never ordered from this location but was randomly craving Papa Johns as opposed to other chains or any Pizza Shop in specific as they typically have crazy wait times on a Saturday night at 8 PM. I ordered a Large pizza with extra cheese and their cheese sticks. Order was correct, food was still hot, delivery came within 20 minutes of me ordering off their website. They gave me all of the sauces I ordered etc.

Not sure why this place has such a bad rap review wise. It’s possible that since I live closer the delivery came very quickly, but I have nothing bad to say. Quality is the same as I remember (haven’t had it in over 5 years). I know I might be basic but I got exactly what I asked for. Hopefully the reviews on this place are on the up and up.“

“I have gotten delivery from this place and the person on the phone was very lovely and the process was done quick. I love how fast they deliver and it still steaming hot but the only thing that is wrong is that they mix up my order. Happily it was something me and my friends was being indecisive with.“
