Potbelly is a restaurant that offers a mixed dining experience. While some customers have enjoyed the tasty hot hoagies, particularly the roast beef and provolone with hot peppers, others have found the food quality to be disappointing, with the chicken described as dry and not worth the price. The atmosphere and staff are generally praised, with the service described as friendly and kind, though one customer had a negative experience with a rude and aggressive server. Overall, Potbelly seems to provide a decent lunch option with a variety of customization options, though the consistency of the food and service may vary.
