I like this establishment when I came to see Bruce Bruce we were given comp tickets to see T K Kirkland, and, I am not at all thrilled about the fact that it wasn’t explained, via email, text, etc, that you may not see the show due to the amount of tickets that were sold, or whatever the case maybe. We drove a ways to come here, only to be told that the show maybe sold out and we have to wait and see if we can even be seated. That is not good business at all. Comedy show itself was awesome. It's a bigger room with a very large bar to wait in when you arrive. The show we attended started much later than the ticketed time and there was very little communication so a lot of people were aimlessly standing around for longer than expected. The drinks are quite expensive, but that's fairly standard for comedy clubs of this nature. Good spot to see a show, particularly if you know the comedian.

I have been to Punch Line Philly a few times for comedy shows and had good experiences due to the quality of the comedians. The food and drinks are overpriced and I understand that the venue may need to make profit by upcharging for food and drinks rather than the sale of the tickets themselves.
