Sooo Delicious Soul Food Cafe

This is a small black owned soul food restaurant. I heard a lot about this restaurant and was excited to go and try their food. Especially since it's been a while since I've been in the neighborhood. I stopped by Sooo Delicious to pick up some dinner on the way home from work. I was surprised to see a sign on the door that there was no seating inside, and then even more surprised when I walked in and saw a sign saying no refunds. Certainly, no good restaurant would put up a no refund sign. Many restaurants are actually happy to refund a bad meal. Very odd... It was also very warm inside, as I was there on a nice weather day. Went a Sunday to get a meal, had a taste for Salmon but the lady said they were sold out. ??I ordered fried whiting, collard greens and yellow rice. When I finally got back to my hotel, the food was packed up well. Everything was seasoned well. The yellow rice was a bit luke warm side but edible. The portion size is comparable with pricing.
