It's talked about so much, I wasn't sure it could live up to the hype, but wow! The staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. They really went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time.
We stayed at Saratoga Springs in Aug 2023. Usually we are a rope drop to fireworks type family so we usually eat in the parks. This year was so hot, we had to come back to the hotel midday for a swim break and ended up just eating at the hotel instead of park quick serves. Usually it was lunch we ate here but we did do a dinner or two and one breakfast. The actual place was nice, it was on the smaller side as it was the store and the quick serve in one. A very pleasant semi self serve offering dining inside or out was just the ticket for weary travelers----- And I don't find their prices at all out of line, as an example they had an iceberg lettuce good sized salad at the self serve for five bucks; a long with many other premade temptations.
