Wingstop in Philadelphia

“I ordered here via uber eats, never do that. They have had a ton of uber eats orders (including mine) stolen by uber eats drivers who pick up the order then cancel the pickup for some other uber eats driver to show up again in again trying to pick up an order that was alredy stolen by somebody. Fortunately the night manager was very helpful and after I called they made new food for me and I was able to get what I ordered. I tried to do the survey online but it didn't seem to work but I'd definitely order from this store again but only though their website or on the phone and for pick up or in person.“

“Wingstop is definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving wings. The flavors are always solid, and they have a really good variety to choose from. The wings were cooked well and had a nice crisp to them, and the seasoning was on point. The fries were also really good—especially with the seasoning they put on them.“

“Amara and Marie was so very pleasant, greeted me and my grandson as we entered the restaurant and was patient with explaining all combos and had patience with what I needed to know with no problem. They were very polite. I really appreciate the young ladies“

“Steve and the sweet black girl with braids, was genuinely the nicest and most helpful staff ever. My wings were taking a good while due to so many ppl before, and they accommodated to my gluten allergy when offering an extra side to makeup for it. Thank you guys ❤️“

“This location seems like it’s changing & for the better! I’m so impressed! The men have been professional, attentive, respectful & super willing to help! & Diamond is the sweetest young lady that has ever helped me at Wingstop!“

“The food was very good, and the young lady who served me was excellent. She was very friendly and attentive, and the cooks were great as well. Overall, the rest of the staff was very attentive and provided good service.

The only problem was the attitude of one of the employees when I arrived. It was around 11:00 a.m., and I asked if I could order food to eat there. He responded in a very rude tone that I could not. Shortly afterward, the young lady told me that if I was paying by card, she could take my order.

Later, another customer came in to place an order, and this employee spoke to him very rudely as well. I even heard the customer say that he would not come back to this place because of the way he was spoken to.

I really think the management should take this employee’s attitude into consideration. Customers are what help a business grow, and he does not seem to have the proper attitude for providing good customer service.

Aside from that, all the other employees were very attentive, especially the young lady who treated me so well. She was very kind and professional, and I truly appreciate her excellent service.“

“I came in here with my 2 daughters
Great customer service
Great food I haven’t had food that taste so good in a long time the workers were 2 women and as we ate l watched them work fast but effective they finished 4-5 other orders fast amazing team work I was very very very pleased I will be back“

“Wingstop on Island Ave is my go-to when I'm craving wings done right. The flavors are great and the fries are well seasoned and crispy. The service has been quick and friendly. Great flavor variety, consistent quality, and good value for the portion sizes. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area and want solid wings!“

“WHENEVER I go here the manager (I think he's the manager - mixed guy, dreads) has this place in an upbeat mood. His positive, upbeat energy makes this totally different than the Wingstops I've been elsewhere. After a long day of work and dealing with people's negativity, this is a great feeling to walk into. The food is ALWAYS prepared well and I've never had any issues with accuracy.. and I've eaten here 14 times in the last year.“

“This Wing Stop location on City Line Ave has great employees that prepare hot food with accuracy in a reasonable amount of time. The food tasted great and was worth the money. Keep up the good work 👍-Good Luck in 2026 & Beyond.“

“All stars and thanks go to D he fixed everything that we needed to be fixed. They messed up on our wings so badly that we had to bring them back the next day and D provided such good service he gave us all new buffalo and bbq wings with fries , everything was fresh and we enjoyed it think you D !❤“

“I don't understand why this location has so many bad reviews because my experience has always been great. I've been here several times, and the manager and staff have always been friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean, my order was prepared quickly, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The fountain drink area was clean and well maintained, and the drinks were mixed perfectly. Every time I've visited, the service has been fast, the food has been hot, and the overall experience has been excellent. I'll definitely keep coming back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for good food and friendly service.“

“I ordered at this wingstop this past Thursday and I was having a awful day I normally avoid this specific one because of customer service and how my food always came out however this time I seen a pleasant welcoming face I believe her name was Shanae she was so pleasant and my food was hot and ready and for once my order was correct… it’s safe. To say they have a returning customer…“
