“On 4/29/22 Malibu’s was in the store alone at 1030 pm making orders for Uber eats, taking orders that walked in, called in, a very busy task that she handled with great customer service skills, all by herself she deserves a raise and wingstop need to hire more help it was totally in fair to her but I give her over and beyond 5 stars great employee give her a bonus just for this excellent job on a Friday at that“
“Even on a chaotic Saturday night, the manager with the dreads (didn't get his name) was able to help me out with my order. I placed an order online and needed to modify it. I called and there was no answer for 10 mins that I was on hold. I went into the store and he apologized that they weren't taking orders (or modifications) on the phone. He was able to correct my order with no issues.“
“So if you asked me last year and the year prior to rate this location, I would have given it 1 star. I'm not sure what changed, but now this place is finally getting orders correct, not forgetting things, and most importantly, they care about you when you walk in the store. I'm so proud of this location for really stepping it up in the last 6 months. “was a wonderful experience from placing my order to.picking it up , they are very attentive and professsional , I was happy this location open but worried about service I would receive due to experience at another location but they proved me wrong especially the manager I encountered on both trips this week friday about 5:30pm then 1pm Saturday, I honestly don't remember her name but a beautiful afro american young lady she complimented my daughter & I asked did she have kids she said yes 3 couldn't believe it she looks like a baby herself, I also joked with her on saturday and aaked did you spend the night here , we just laughed. “This was my 3rd time visiting this location andI have to honestly say they must be under new management. My first two experiences we not enjoyable at all. Not a greeting when I came in, floors and tables dirty , and staff were goofing around playing unsavory music.This visit , was an entire 360, the manager was my cashier “ Robert “ and his customer service was amazing. The staff were working and the store was cleaned. I’ll definitely give it another shot !Parking: Plenty of parking nearbyKid-friendliness: Family style restaurant , great seating, with TV , and music playing for the guests. I love this location“
“I’ve ordered takeout here a few times. Not good. Not great. Food on some occasions is heavy enough to hurt your stomach. Would say it’s highly processed. Not sure if you should expect anything less. Service has always been on point for online order and pickup.“
