“This place has been on my radar since the day it opened. I finally was in the area.
I tried the brisket, pulled pork, spare ribs, wings , baked beans, and Mac n cheese.
Everything is scratch made. The bbq sauce I could drink out of a bottle its so good. I've tried a lot of bbq in the area and I'll say the best I've had in awhile. Everything is smoked and seasoned perfectly. And the meat flavor still shines through the seasoning and smoke.

“Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Congratulations to Mani and the team, and welcome to West Chester!“

“We had a 4 person reservation for dinner and had a wonderful time! We were seated in a less busy and more spacious area. Our server Vera always came around to check on us just as our meat was finished grilling and always came with a fresh grill! She also helped us cut up some meat when we were having difficulties cutting it. Would definitely return anytime I want a special experience!“

“Our server Anita T was very friendly and helpful. Grilled corn was fantastic. Ribs were flavorful and tender. Shrimp were seasoned nice and not overcooked. Even the French fries had some good salt and maybe paprika seasoning. Others at the table liked their food as well. The biggest points was getting a visit from the manager. That never happens anywhere anymore. She took a minute or so out of the busy dinner rush to make sure we were happy, made a few quick comments and was gone. Very delightful. I’d say the lava cake didn’t have any “lava” and maybe wasn’t made that day either. I’ll be back more often.“

“I had a great time at LongHorn Steakhouse. My server John was great! Very attentive and made sure my sister friend, my son and I were well taken care of even tho it was a bit busy for him. The food was delicious. I had a half a rack of baby back ribs. So yummy! The meat was falling off the bone it was so tender and flavorful. The spinach dip was made to perfection. The shrimp and lobster chowder was very flavorful and delectable. The strawberry Shortcake was moist and melt in your mouth good😋 LongHorn Steakhouse is one of my faves. Highly recommend it!“

“Been ordering rolls here forever... I typically buy a couple dozen every now and then so my kids can snack on them. I noticed it has been getting worse through the years... I mean, I know inflation is a thing but come on now! First of all, the rolls do not taste like they used to, I am sure they are skimpin on something with the ingredients, then they are baked uneven, some are burnt and some are underdone... and then the size, oh me oh my!!! What in the world??? I gave 3 stars for service because even though I was irritated the service crew was somewhat polite... I complained about the size and he said at first that they have been getting smaller. After I pulled the "mini me" roll, he gave me another bag with 4 rolls. I can understand if these are being given free inside the restaurant but if I am buying them for $5 a dozen, something here is not right. You have got to do better Royersford Texas Roadhouse! I did not get what I paid for. Totally disappointed.“
