“I wanted to inform the Phoenixville/Montgomery County area that this location is by far the best in the business. My family and I visited this clean friendly and organized business and it impressed. The service was accurate the customer communication was pleasant. Not to mention the owner he was such a friendly man he even gave our young kids a quick tour. They all went above and beyond to accommodate us paying customers. Our family loves the great tasting food they create on a consistent basis and we go miles out of our way to eat here rather than the other Philly Pretzel Factory locations that are closer. “Yes. It is. Dogs are great! Chocolate Malt is great! Fries are great! Atmosphere is something out of my 80s childhood!! I felt like I stepped back in time to an old hot dog shop my dad always took us to when I was growing up in the 80s! They have an awesome little room of 80s pinball machines and arcade games!! Games like Baby Pac Man and Jr Pac Man, that I haven't seen anywhere SINCE the 80s!! Even an old school tabletop Defender like you found in Pizza Hut!! For the past hour I just re-lived my childhood, and I am on top of the world right now!! 5 stars is not enough!!“

“Amazing Dogs!!!!! Tried this place out on a whim. Amazing, the dogs are great, toppings are carefully thought out, and the buns are butter toasted. You order through a kiosk, but the staff are great at helping you out and bringing the food to your table. I've had dogs in a lot of places, and this is by far one of the best I;ve had. Good Job Big Dogs!!!!“

“Kong Dog is definitely a novel concept - just taking a food like corndogs and stretching it to an extreme as far as options, from ramen to fruity pebbles. Add onto that a unique style of fries, some other sides, and delicious flavors of lemonade, you have yourself quite a marketable idea.We got a potato cube-crusted cheese stick and it tasted JUST like cheese fries, very good ones at that. We might consider going here again for sure but it seems to be a hit!Parking: Where you end up will depend on date/time but there’s always parking available at KOP.“

“Best experience I've ever had as a customer! I've gone here rather frequently since I work in the shopping center. Today was the most amazing day. I'm at work and started to get hungry but I only brought one card today and the account only had a few dollars in it because it's not my main checking account so I figured I'd get a pretzel dog and a cheese cup and call it a day. The account was a few cents short of the total and they gave it to me anyways for the price of the pretzel dog. To the young gentleman that helped me out today. Thank you so much for your kindness. “I give this place a four because my husband lovesssss this place and ok yes the ice cream is great but I grew up on Rita's ice cream so I'm biased! Jokes aside, seriously they almost had toooo many options but the classics can never go wrong with and with sprinkles on top, it is delicious! A nice spot for a quick treat.“

“First time stopping here. Not bad for a quick lunch. Made fresh to order and decent quality ingredients at a fair price. Service was good. Food came out quick and they bring it to your table. Burgers had a smash to them and were juicy. Fries were middle of the road. Grilled chicken Caesar salad came out with hot grilled chicken. I would totally stop back here on my way to Target.“
