Jimmy John's in Pittsburgh

“This is probably the best Jimmy John's I've been to. My order is always correct and tasty. And I don't know what they're feeding the staff but they are always very kind and considerate. The employee at front counter with a frog crocheted bandana was incredibly sweet when I came to pick up dinner for my wife and I. Always happy when I pick up food here“

“I came at the end of the day, Shay greeted me with a wonderful smile and helped me decide what to order. Martin made with sandwich with speed and care and great quality. I will be a forever return customer to this location everytime I come to Pittsburgh!“

“Needed a quick lunch while attending a trade show and JJ was right around the corner. Staff was friendly and quick especially for how many people were in town. Sandwich was exactly what we were looking for and the dinning area was clean so zero complaints from our group.“

“Half dozen people behind the counter and had to wait awhile to order and that process wasn't good either. Food was pretty good but they left off the sauce then tore my wrap apart to try and add it. Ended up with it on my hands instead. Expensive too at over $16 for a wrap, chips, and a fountain drink. I'll still come back though, cautiously.“

“Overall the staff we're not very inviting to speak with. Did not have to wait long and I bought my food. Everything tasted great The only exception is all my meat was right in the middle and over 50% of my sandwich was bread and toppings.“

For lunch I ordered a small Turkey Tom submarine sandwich and a bottled water, and the employees gave them to me in a reasonable amount of time. The dining area had some tables and chairs. I really liked the freshness and flavors of my Turkey Tom.“
