Was pretty disappointed with the food. One steak at the table was overcooked, and the mashed potatoes were the consistency of cream of wheat. The server was great, the manager not so much. Basically, the manager acted like it was my friends fault the steak was overcooked.
My husband and I enjoyed our Sunday dinner at Martorano's. My husband got the lobster dish which was a big serving and flavorful. I got the Martorano salad and enjoyed it very much. The hot bread was delicious. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Our waiter told us the noise level is kept down on Sunday evenings, so it was very pleasant in the restaurant. I've been here twice now in the past six months. Both times were off the charts. At home I get all my beef from a quality local farm, so I'm generally unimpressed ordering steak at restaurants.
