I understand being busy on a weekend dinner rush, but I can't help but be disappointed by my visit.I ordered ahead online but still didn't get my food for 20 minutes after the estimated time. Cashier seemed to be avoiding coming up to the register so I could ask for my order. I love moes but this one doesn't do it for me. Food was soggy and I stood at the counter forever. No welcome to moes or even may I help just. Just let me look at you and walk away and braid my hair.

This Moe's location is somewhat unique in that orders are primarily placed using kiosks (iPad Pros -- nice choice!). You can also order at the counter if you prefer. The employees at this location are very friendly, food is served quickly, and the dining area is clean. Conveniently located on Fifth Ave; frequented by students and hospital workers.
