Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Reviews
I spent $24 and we wanted to eat there.
My 78 yr old mother had to use the bathroom and we were told...
THE TOILET WAS CLOGGED!
My food went in the trash once I got home!!
Where do your employees use the bathroom?
I have seen them going into the one you claimed was CLOGGED before!
Is this sanitary?
Is this allowed by the health department in a restaurant?
You haven't made enough money for a plumber so your PAYING customers can use it?
Or is this just...read full review
This Hass to be the worst restaurant that I have ever ordered food from!
The quality control in this store is absolutely horrible you do not ever get what you order they send you something totally different and half the time you don't even get what you order and paid for!
Every time I order from the store(my bad) I have submitted a complaint to Popeyes and have yet to hear back from them as to any type of explanation as for their lack of concern for their customers!

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is a well-organized restaurant with friendly and patient staff. Customers can enjoy the best chicken sandwich in town, along with delicious spicy chicken tenders and a flavorful fish sandwich with red beans and rice. The ghost pepper wings are a must-try, especially when fresh out of the fryer. The restaurant produces food quickly and is well-stocked, with staff attentive to customer needs. While the location is wheelchair accessible, the door lacks an automatic opening button, and parking for differently-abled customers is a bit distant from the entrance. Some customers mention that the place can seem a little sketchy or "ghetto," but many find the food tasty and the staff nice. One customer shared an experience where the staff and manager quickly corrected an incorrect order, offering a replacement and a different item as an apology. Vegetables like green beans are missed, as not all locations prepare coleslaw well, and the restaurant offers limited vegetarian options. The restaurant can get busy with lines of customers and delivery drivers, but the staff stays busy and efficient. Customers note that spicy chicken should be genuinely spicy, and mild options are available for those sensitive to heat. There are no kid fun toys in meals, but staff may say "Hi!" to children for free. Overall, many feel the food is good, and delivery is faster than other places, making it a popular choice for quick meals.
