It's on Level G, 1 down from the main entrance floor (not yet basement either). Great iced raspberry oat milk matcha latte! Great service!
Took me a minute to find it, it's on level G (take the elevator 1 level down from where you enter on level 1).

I tried Zaxbys for the first time while stopping to study for a dental exam in the Cathedral of Learning. It’s hard to beat the views inside and the cafe is a convenient location on the lower level. They have a decent sized menu, plenty of workers (when I went on a Friday around 4pm), and seating nearby as well as in the Cathedral lobby.
