Was suddenly in the mood for brisket and checked around to see what was around and realized we hadn't been back to Wheelfish in a long time. We used to live closer and then it fell off our radar after we moved. I went with the two meat platter with brisket, white meat chicken, sweet potato fries and corn bread. Delicious all around. Needed a BBq fix so me and a friend headed over to Ross. Their menu is solid and includes staples such as slaw, smoked potato salad and mix and match meat platters. Their beer offering is impressive and I got a couple of cocktails that were made well. We ordered an egg roll app and split a three meat bbq platter. Wow, you have to check out this little tavern in the North Hills of Pittsburgh! They have the meats, smoked meats that is. They also have quite a selection of Bourbons as well! The staff is so friendly and they host live music! We love it here.
