“Had the T-bone steak and eggs. The missus had the All American slam. The missus loved her meal. I had a couple issues with mine. The steak was ordered medium rare and was well done. Neither the steak or the red skinned potatoes tasted like they didn't have any seasoning on them. Both were advertised to be seasoned. Everything else was wonderful.“

“I tried the Pagach pizza with onions. The crust has the right amount of crunch on the outside while still being soft enough inside to hold everything together. The potato layer is done well and adds a hearty, filling bite without taking over the slice. The cheese blend and onions are evenly incorporated, so every bite has all the flavors. It’s balanced, consistent, and overall just a satisfying Pagach pizza! One of my new favorites!!“

“We had my Son & Daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner there on 10/10/2025 in their event space upstairs. We had the event room & outside patio for about 50 people. I live in Vermont and communicating with Chef Jimbo was a delight. He was quick to respond and offered suggestions and was very enthusiastic and helpful. Chef Jimbo went above and beyond to make this event special & memorable. The food was delicious south western style food and service was outstanding. All of our guests were raving about how delicious the food was. After dinner it became a welcome party for the Wedding guests in town - a most memorable & enjoyable evening. If I lived closer and had to host an event they would be #1 on my list.“
