“Excellent food, great service and always pleasant!“

“First time trying Club 17 tonight 3/17/23. Absolutely awesome. The red pizza was some of the best I’ve had in Old Forge. Light, crispy and flavorful sauce. The fresh tomato and garlic pizza was equally amazing. Super fresh ingredients and the garlic was the perfect amount. The star of the show for me though was the Rigatoni Abruzzi with hot sausage. It’s done in a light creamy tomato sauce with roasted red peppers, hot Italian sausage and just the right amount of chili flake. Everything was awesome and we got it to go. I’m sure it would be even better sit down in the restaurant which we will certainly be trying in the near future. Highly recommend.“

“The wing bites are amazing and the penne vodka was delicious (I asked for mine to be spicy and it was nicely done). The portions are incredibly generous. The employees were kind and helpful with suggestions. The environment was great especially if your a sports lover (I am not) only downfall was no jukebox or pool table and you can't smoke or vape and thats understandable. I personally will be getting my pasta from there from now-on.....“

“We have been here multiple times and I have never had a bad experience. Food is very good- amazing homemade pierogi-service has always been amazing, and even though we've been quoted wait times of 45 minutes, we have always been seated within 30 minutes. This is a well run restaurant!“

“Went to lunch here with my mom during an extremely busy lunch time on weekend and it was still such a great experience. The staff were all so pleasant even though they were running around like crazy. They took a bit to get my tea and I didnt even mind but yet they gave us free cookies at the end of our meal just as an apology, which they didn't even need to do, I understood fully they were just busy. “Beautiful place, this visit, the food just wasn't on par. We had the shrimp scampi for one of our dishes and just not what we were used to I guess as a scampi. It was more so a served in a flavorless gravy. My husband had about 3-4 bites then let the server take it away and finished the dinner bread. Maybe we hit it on a bad night. Our calimari, soup, and Reuben were all great. I just felt bad my husband couldn't enjoy his dinner.“

My husband and I chose it for our anniversary dinner, and from the moment we stepped inside, the wait staff provided top-notch service, making us feel genuinely welcome. “The Cafe is a comfortable spot for lunch or dinner. The food choices are posted on the wall for customer consideration and ordering at the counter. The food is mysteriously delivered by a member of the staff. I chose a chicken Caesar wrap. It was full of chicken but was a bit dry on this occasion, more lettuce and dressing was needed. It was served with potato chips (meh) and a pickle chip. My friend ordered a club sandwich with special modifications. It also was served with potato chips. We each enjoyed soft drinks -- lemonade and Sprite. A full bar is available which includes specialty coffees. I recommend this long-standing restaurant.“

“We used Grico’s to cater our wedding and they were fantastic to work with. The catering manager, Marissa, was so easy to communicate with and promptly answered any questions that came up. They had a great selection of meal options and we chose the chicken francaise, blackened salmon with raspberry sauce, and filet mignon. All food choices were INCREDIBLE and all our guests were raving how great the food was. The service was top notch and the bartenders kept our drinks full all night. 10/10 service. We recommend Grico’s to anyone looking for an affordable wedding caterer!“

“Rich's Restaurant is an absolute gem. The waitstaff here are incredibly attentive and helpful. You will rarely see your coffee cup drop more than a quarter of the way down before a smiling server is there with a refill. Even if you're a heavy coffee guzzler, they'll practically be standing by, pot in hand, waiting for eye contact the second the mug leaves your face. They are that good! They make a genuine effort to get to know you and make you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. If you’re looking for that warm, small-town feel—and that extra welcoming touch you can't quite put into words—Rich’s is the place.

The food completely speaks for itself. I haven't had a bad meal here yet. They offer a ton of great specials on the weekends, and you absolutely must try their gumbo. It’s a legendary staple within those four walls.

As for the prices, they are exactly what you'd expect nowadays. They aren't overly expensive, but they aren't cheap either—they sit right in that perfect sweet spot that allows a family to enjoy a Saturday morning breakfast ritual without breaking the bank.

“I have dined here several times and the food was awsome. I had the crabcakes. I was really excited to see two large crabcakes. I was a little confused as why they would serve with mashed potato's but I went with the flow. Honestly they were the worst crabcakes ever. No taste. All breading!. Insult to injury..our server took my plate back and I heard nothing! Not the servers fault.. he was awsome. I will not be back because chefs should stand behind their food.“

“We follow some NEPA eatery pages and hot wing groups to find good places for my husband and I to get wings! We had Haggerty's wings for the first time yesterday and they were hands down the best wings I've ever had. They were perfectly cooked crispy wings and delicious sauce, perfect blue cheese and crunchy (not wilted) celery! They won us over and we will definitely be back for some hot wings! (Also their other apps were excellent!) They staff was pleasant the atmosphere is so inviting! Can't wait to come again for a beer and wings!“

“We came here and had shareables. My sister got the French onion soup which looked and tasted delicious. The atmosphere can be updated but it does fit the menu and climate. I had the ham and cheese triple decker and it was so fresh and wheat bread was amazing. Recommend.“

“We had excellent dinners tonight at Cork! There are so many options to chose from on the menu. There's definitely something for everyone! My dinner came with sweet mashed potatoes and they were amazing! Our waiter Justin was also very attentive along with the rest of the staff. :)“

“Nina, our server, was wonderful. She was very attentive of our 4 young children and their needs. We arrived before the dinner rush and were seated quickly.
Atmosphere is average for a step up fast food type place . It was good practice for our youngest children at a more sit down style restaurant.
My husband had a chicken wrap that he enjoyed very much. I had a chicken sandwich with BBQ, crispy fried onions, cheese and veggies on it - basically the same wrap but in sandwich form. It was good. My children enjoyed chicken fingers and fries, a burger that was absolutely devoured - my youngest was keen on their broccoli. Broccoli was kind of rubbery and chewy for my taste. Yellow homestyle Mac n cheese was not their fav. (In RR's defense- the kids are used to a homemade white cooper cheese Mac at home- it was fine- extremely soft noodles- would I order it? No. Lol)
Overall, for a family of 6, with 3 free kids meal coupons it came to around $53 before tip. Will be back when we recieve another round of kids eat free coupons.“

“Kayla is very personable and friendly to her customers. Kayla is very conversational to her customers. She checks on all her tables to see if they need anything multiple times while eating at the restaurant. Before I need anything, she is gets my request before I ask what I need. Kim, the manager is very polite and checks to see if the customer enjoyed their time while dinning at the restaurant. Kim makes sure to ask how the food came out to the customers in the restaurant.“
