“You Need To Know? Came here based on a recommendation from a friend. Bellied up to the bar & had cold drinks & bar fare. On this occasion we had the jalapeños cheeseburger, chicken tenders & fries & cheesesteak. The food was your normal bar food, good flavors. Would like to return for some different sauces. Environment was very cool & the girls behind the bar worked very well together. Good stop for those in the Dickson City area.“

“Pizza is runny, but let it sit and lt is good. I got a personal pan and a 8in chicken parmigiana hoagie and soda for just under 10 dollars. Very inexpensive, not the best I've ever had, but for the price I was satisfied and staff were nice and sociable. Will stop again.“

“To start the service I received was above and beyond excellence. I placed a take out order and from the moment the man behind the counter learned my name he addressed me as such there forward. That simple act made the experience go from being a normal customer to feeling like I was a local and I had been coming here my whole life. When placing my order any question I could have was answered before I could even think of it. The order was made in great time even though the place was pacted. The food itself was delicious and perfectly cooked.“

“This is a classic, great spot. It is not a regular place for us but it's worth the drive. It has been around for years but they always keep it fresh! It never disappoints! The food menu has something for everyone and has unique offerings. The whiskey, beer and drink menu will have you coming back to try something new every time! “My wife and I are new to the area and wanted to try a new restaurant. I went online and saw that there was a country style diner complete with homemade desserts and huge portions. I had the Barell Burger and my wife had the Blue Burger. First off, you are really taken in by all the great decor in the restaurant. This place reminds me of Country Junction in Lehighton how they have it decorated. The coffee mugs are huge! We had dana and Carly as our servers and when I tell you these two are hands down the happiest waitresses I've ever had wait on us. You really can tell that they love thier customers. We will be back on Sunday for breakfast. Great place.“

“We were introduced to a tasting of The Cashew Lounge on a wine train event we attended in Carbondale this past Fall. We have been wanting to get to the actual restaurant since then and decided it was a nice sunny Sunday why not take a ride today as we live about 40 minutes away. So glad we did, it was so worth the trip. The food was top notch, the service was fabulous! Everyone was attentive and knowledgeable and some of the friendliest staff we have ever encountered in a restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable and clean! The food from appetizer to dessert was A+. We had the Buffalo Chicken Empanadas as an appetizer, homemade and sooo good!. I had the Gnocchi in Vodka Sauce as my entree and it came with choice of soup , I chose the Tomato Basil. Wow, no words , both were wonderful. My husband also chose the Tomato Basil soup and as his Entree chose the Chicken Parmesan over pasta which had a nice twist, it was served with Vodka Sauce instead of the usual red sause. He thought it was delicious! If you leave here hungry that's definitely on you, the portions are huge and we both brought home leftovers. We couldn't resist the Creme Brulee Donut dessert special OMG!! As a side note I never know what kind of cocktail I want order, so I simply said, surprise me with something sweet and fun! They sure did deliver , a chocolate covered strawberry martini , it was so yummy. Thanks for being so playful with my request, most places just kind of give me a look , lol. We even got to chat with the owner, such a nice guy! Thanks for a wonderful first experience, we will definitely be putting The Cashew Lounge on our restaurant rotation!!! “Came here for the Halloween party, it was so much fun and the service was so friendly. A miller light draft was only 3.60!! I don’t know if that’s everyday but we went on a Friday, very rarely do you see a miller for that cheap. My friend got wings too and loved them. Bartenders were busy but they were super friendly.“

“Phenomenal food, atmosphere & people! This place is a gem & worth the drive no matter where you're from! I took my husband for his birthday.

He had veal parmigiana w linguine & salad. I had pappardelle bolognese w italian wedding soup. The bread was warm w oil for dipping & the entrees served hot as they should be. (it was obvious that nothing was sitting waiting to come out of the kitchen)

The waitstaff are super friendly & attentive and the cocktails- a bloody mary & tiramisu martini were excellent!

Dessert was brownie ala mode w a candle & song for hubs, and tiramisu for me.
