Their gelato is made on-site. They are pricy, but worth every penny. I enjoyed the Tiramisu with Brutto & Buono.Jenn and her staff are very friendly and happy to offer gelato samples at their only location in PA. If you are visiting the Mall, make sure to stop in for the perfect dessert and to enjoy the aesthetics Venchi’s offers. The adornment of a full window of ice cream cones and a wall of chocolate bars are very attractive. “My first time there was a little confusing finding the entrance/window to order (by the way, it’s in the back).

Secondly, they don’t offer samples, which is disappointing, but it’s their policy. Buying a full scoop of a flavor I’ve never tried before is a gamble I don’t like taking.

Third, it’s about $6–7 for a single scoop. I think that’s a bit pricey (IMO), but since I only go once in a while, I guess I don’t mind paying it.

Fourth, seating is limited if you want to sit and enjoy your ice cream. I’ve only been there twice, and both times I ended up eating in my car. It kind of takes away from my summer evening ritual: sitting outside while the warm air melts into the ice cream and I have to eat it as fast as it melts (the little kid in me still loves that, lol).

That said, their banana pudding ice cream was delicious. I’ll definitely stop by one last time to treat my sweet tooth before they permanently close.“

The swirl soft serve with rainbow jimmies was so worth it. Not only was it truly yummy but the ice cream never melted like they do at the other shops. Not sure of the machine they decided to invest in but my cone maintained its shape to the very end.

I have tried water ice, hand dipped ice cream, soft serve ice cream, pretzels, hot sausage.

The ice cream and water ice are served cold, its not melting all over the place when you get it, the pretzels were warm and soft , the hot sausages were very good!

Sometimes there is a line at the windows, it moves quickly!

You get a good sized portion for the price

“I went in here looking for something wasn't quite sure and the young lady suggested the strawberry cheesecake ice cream. And I was so glad that she did it was so delicious and you can tell that the ice cream was freshly made with pieces of strawberry cheesecake in it.
