“Found this restaurant on line and it definitely lives up to the reviews I read. The food was delicious, the owner spoke with us and we asked for any recommendations of food choice and she advised us well. From our main course to dessert the food was delicious, all homemade. “If you’re looking for phenomenal food in the Pocono’s, Tom’s Country Kitchen is it! I only started getting food from here as of recently. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this deliciousness all these years I’ve lived here. Now I can’t wait to check their FB to see the special’s. “My husband and I brought a ton of our friends here the morning after our wedding nearby and had a great breakfast! The food was exactly what we needed, so good, the staff was so friendly and accommodating of our bigger party, and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. They put our leftover wedding cake in the fridge and brought it out for us after we finished our scrapple. Can't thank them enough for their hospitality!“

“I’ve been to many casinos and this is BY FAR MY FAVORITE Casino. Beautiful hotel rooms. Friendliest staff. From Valet, all the way to the top. The Buffet is a great value, with so many options to choose from. Omelette and carving stations for brunch, to a soup bar, salad bar, seafood bar, carving stations at dinner, that include turkey, pork loins and my favorite, the prime rib!!! They also have so many desert options and they serve alcohol too! Fantastic staff and a wonderful experience!!“

“Been eating here for a couple years now at least. HANDS DOWN BEST OXTAILS WITHIN 90 miles! I eat everywhere- Scranton, Wilkes-barre, Stroudsburg, Allentown, NONE COME EVEN CLOSE. I stay in Scranton area and take the 40 min drive for these $35 oxtails RELIGIOUSLY. And they NEVER DISAPPOINT. Portions are great. Food taste amazing. This place is truly a hidden gem 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD. Blessings!“

“The shrimp dish we had was quite good but scallop was overly fishy. Service is ok but bit slow despite not being busy. Tends to be less crowded than the italian restaurant and the line to get in is shorter than the buffet so it's convenient.“

“The Frogtown Chophouse was a nice, little establishment that we discovered in the Poconos. It’s only a few minutes away from Mt Airy Casino Resort. The food & drinks were good, especially the crab cake dinner. Our server was also very personable. The dark chocolate sea salt frogs were a cute touch for after dinner. 🐸“

“First Place Cafe is an absolute gem!! The owners are super attentive with everything. The food was great and they have gluten free bread for those with gluten issues. We came here both mornings on our weekend getaway.“
“I have been coming here since I was a kid in the 80's. You do have to be a member to come here, but its ALWAYS pristine, and they have a tiki bar on the sand, and a couple of different food options here. Lake Naomi Club Beach is always amazing.“

“Stopped here for breakfast on a Sunday around 9, and was seated right away. All the staff were friendly and polite, while the food was delicious. The chai tea latte was simply delicious and the food was fresh and hot! If you’re looking for a local restaurant with great food and friendly staff, this is definitely the place to go.“

“What an incredible restaurant hidden away. I was here this past weekend with a huge group of friends and their tacos are to absolutely die for! 10/10 can’t wait to come back! The Birria and Lengua were some of the best I had. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The prices were very fair and we were all happy! Definitely stop in here when your in the area!“

“My Uncle asked me to order a few catered items for my dad's memorial on 7/22 that he graciously paid for. I chose Carrazza's mainly because it's local. We ordered F/T's of baked ziti, meatballs, chicken marsala and green beans. I could not believe I had a minimum of 8 guests rave about their meatballs, all asking if I had made them. My sisters both received compliments as well. I heard 'these meatballs are the best I ever had', 'they are fantastic', 'get me the recipe' and 'I hope you don't think I am a pig but I gotta grab some more of these delicious meatballs'. All of the food we ordered was delicious, but I have to say... I am considering ordering a tray of meatballs to freeze in meal sized portions for my husband and I. It will make dinners easier for me with less work and less waste. Thank you Mike for all of your help, patience and kindness.“

“We stayed at the Chateau during a winter storm. It was pretty bad out, so we decided to eat at Mountainview. I was a bit hesitant because of the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was busy. The bartender was also the only waitress. Although she was extremely busy, she was also extremely proficient. Our cups never went empty. We did have to wait longer than expected for our food, but given the circumstances, we understood. Our food was actually very tasty with a nice presentation! I will visit again!“

“Not the best, not the worst. Def worth it if u are close by and dont wanna drive far. Everythings been ok except boneless spareribs. Maybe just a bad night but were not edible. I will keep going but prob never get boneless spareribs again. Staff is great!!!!“

“The food and service were GREAT! The staff were very kind and friendly and our food was served incredibly quickly and was tasty and fresh. The prices are also great— between the two of us, my mother and I ordered 2 soups and three full sushi rolls and it all cost under $50 in total. I’d highly recommend this restaurant, and I would definitely eat here again.“

“This place is has great Chinese food. Only set back is THE WAIT! YOU WILL WAIT. no way around it. I wait EVERY time i go here religiously. They are very popular. Expect to wait. SO...order AHEAD & allow extra time on top of that too. So don't go there starving unless u order ahead for real. Really good food though. Only reason for four stars in Five stsr Chinese. Please get even more help to get this fixed other than that no problem. Its been like that since they opened for years“

“We got to the breakfast buffett and were seated in Christians section, where he created us immediately and took our drinks order. I want to thank Christian for being so kind to my mom and going above and beyond! The food was decent. Cobbler was delicious. But the service we received from him was nothing short of perfect. He was moving the whole time working and we never had an empty cup. The experience was great!“
