“We ordered fried calamari for an appetizer it was cooked perfectly! Since it was our fist time here we decided to try the Mamma Maria’s Special pizza which was delicious and they definitely did not skimp on the toppings!!! We also ordered a chicken cheese steak with peppers onions and mushrooms had amazing flavor! Last we got two cannolis to go and they were the best cannolis we’ve ever had. Great service and food came out fast! We were only in the area for the weekend if we are to ever return to the area we would definitely come back here again!!“

“I moved to the Long Pond area earlier this year and upon doing so I’ve tried a few different takeout restaurants but NOTHING compares to AJ’s food and customer service! From the pizza to the cheesesteak (phenomenal by the way), this place is in a league of their own! Hands down. Very kind staff as well. “Whether you are heading to the Crossings in Scotrun, PA, the Mt Airy Casino, Great Wolf Lodge, working near or traveling through, Nick’s is a must stop! A great business model with a true sense of running a successful business while serving awesome sandwiches, soups, breakfast 8 am, using fresh ingredients and a kitchen staff eager to prepare great food. One cheesesteak, sauce on side, on a fresh semolina roll, substantial meat, cheesy with nice flavors. The Italian sub, piled high with select Boars Head meats on same seeded roll was so big, it satisfied my hearty appetite. The chili and crab soup were totally delicious, well seasoned and hearty. At $6.99 for 12 ounces (bowl), they both satisfied us as an appetizer or lunch. The soups change daily! It was a delight talking to the owner who takes much pride in the 7 month old deli. I’m happy they landed in this part of the Poconos for residents and travelers to enjoy! We’ll definitely return to try the pizza and a pork Etta sandwich. Open every day but Sunday.“

“Ordered a white stuffed pizza yesterday. Suggestion: More mozzarella cheese in the crust, thicker crust, cooked a little longer so the crust is crispy! Put it on the menu, and name it after me LOL“

“I love the pizza here. It is easily the best pizza in the Poconos. In fact I prefer it over any pizza I’ve had on Long Island. The other menus items are good too but the pizza is outstanding. “I’m from Florida born and raised, some of you may or may not know what a Publix is, well best chicken buffalo sandwich I’ve ever had has to be a pub sub, until I moved here to Tannersville, PA and tried Mad Dawgs chicken buffalo sandwich and I’ll tell you what, there’s no comparison Mad Dawgs has the best sandwich’s and food in town. So if your coming from out of town and staying in any of the resorts around the area have no doubt to order from here, your taste buds will surely thank you.“

You can tell he has a sharp mind, great people skills and a quick wit. He has a calm demeanor even when the place gets busy, He could no doubt run this location and many others if he so desired. “This is the closest Dominos location to my house. They are open late which is great when you are jonesing for some munchie food and everywhere else is closed. If you download the app, it offers a bunch of different coupon options. Which is hella nice bc Dominos is pretty pricey when you get multiple items. Also through the app you can see your order step by step when they are prepping and putting it in the oven, then when it's ready which is really nice. The staff have all been super nice and helpful. I'm sure they work hard, wish they had a tip cup for people paying in cash bc I feel like they deserve a little something for making our late night snacks. The only bad thing I can say is how expensive it can get. But that's corporates fault not the staffs.“

I’ll dine here again when out here and in need of a slice or two.
Not forgetting all the pepper flakes and herb jars all filled to the top to add to your slices if needed.
They also have beers 🍻 and different juices and soda at cold to enjoy of your choice with your meal.“

“I called to order a pizza at around 9pm. When I arrived to pick up my order the place was empty. I left with my order and the employee turned off the lights and locked the door. I thought it was nice of him to allow me to order when they obviously weren't busy and my order kept him there. The pizza was very good and I definitely recommend them.“

The people who live in the community all use golf carts tl get to the lake and it jjst a nice sight to see. Im from NYC and ylu just dont normally see things like that...lol great time!!“
