“My boyfriend and I stopped here for lunch on our way to La Push. The crab dip was hands down the best I’ve eaten. I was a tad disappointed they were out of the fresh albacore tuna melt but the blackened shrimp tacos I ordered instead were delicious. My boyfriend enjoyed the fish and chips. Miranda, our server, was friendly, prompt, and very helpful with both the drink menu and food options. We’ll definitely be returning the next time we’re in Port Angeles.“

The pizza was top notch - fresh ingredients and well made, as were the polish pierogi, much lighter and more enjoyable than what I’ve had elsewhere. Definitely make a reservation. “I brought my dog here 2x so far and we absolutely love it here! The food is AMAZING! The staff are super friendly, attentive and go out of their way to get to know you and your pup to make sure everyone is having a great experience. We drive 1hr each way each time just to come here! My 5month old puppy loves coming here and getting the socialization he needs from humans and dogs alike!“

“5/5 for the happy hour. walk in seating only at the bar, might not have a table for your group if you aren't early enough (like 5 ish). 5 dollar kirin, a huge bowl of fries, decent buns, suboptimal pajeon and dumplings (too oily and no flavor in the pancake). overall everything is sweet and spicy sauces. really a prime place to grab a cold beer and split some snacks, unsure if id go for the actual food at full cost. $35 pp after tax and tip for a beer and honestly a lot of snacks (fried chicken, fries, buns, pancake, dumplings) split with 1 other person“

“As a vegetarian, I often struggle to find meat-free brunch options that can compare to traditional items. Sidecar Bar is the best brunch i’ve had in Philly! I got the Hippy Benny and it was PHENOMENAL!!! The ingredients were fresh and the potatoes were incredible. I went with a large group and some other favorites were the pancakes, the breakfast flatbread, and the Texan Benny. The atmosphere was fun and upbeat while still remaining casual and family friendly. Our server was friendly and attentive and it was all around a great experience! Definitely make Sidecar Bar your next Philly food destination!“

“As a cheesesteak enthusiast, I was anxious to try the "Jawn" advertised as a pound of prime ribeye on a freshly kneaded roll with caramelized onions and Cooper Sharp. The roll was fresh and warm, and yeasty, but more like pizza crust than the high end Italian rolls one finds at the best cheesesteak joints. Onions were perfect. Cheese was kind of skimpy. The beef was high quality and free of gristle..but a POUND? Maybe 8oz. MAX before cooking. I've eaten several pound steaks, and this ain't one. Fries were very high quality frozen, served piping hot in a cute mini fry-basket. Wife's wings were crispy and didn't get soggy in the plentiful hot sauce. Drinks are very reasonable and staff attentive and friendly. I guess the "Jawn" is a kind of novelty, and the price may reflect the beef grade as opposed to weight. Adorable atmosphere. I'll return, but try the Italian dishes where I suspect they excel.“

“I visited on a thursday with my buddy who goes often. Being a workday night it seemed pretty active yet still a relaxed environment. Bartenders were very friendly and attentive, additionally the wings were great. Will definitely return.Parking: It is south philly so obviously parking is a bit challenging, but I was able to find plenty of spots about a block and half or so away.“

Well if you haven't here why you should, The restaurant itself is very modern. As soon as someone leaves they quickly clean the table and organize it for the next people. The tables that they sat us at were clean, and everywhere we looked TVs were playing a football game or a golf game. There were kid's menus for younger kids. The adult menus were large and had a lot of things to choose from and the plates, utensils, cups, and bowls were clean and sanitary. The waiters were very nice, respectful, and patient when we ordered our drinks, entres, food, etc. They have a good variety of drinks. After we ordered our drinks it didn't take long before they quickly brought us our drinks, even though the restaurant was kind of busy. If we ran out of water they would refill it even if we didn't ask. I ordered chicken tenders and fries and the rest of my party ordered their food, I looked around and I could see that many children/teens were eating with their family. It was kind of loud where we were sitting but, again the restaurant was already pretty busy. And there were many people around the bar and seated around us. The food arrived not long later, our food was fresh and hot as we could tell. The food was also presented well and organized well. I've ordered chicken tender and fries lots of times in the past at other locations but the ones here are one of the best. The food was good and everyone in my party enjoyed it.“
