“I just moved into Rittenhouse Claridge and my experience has been great so far! John in the leasing office was very helpful and answered my many questions very promptly. Anita was at the front desk during my move in and is so pleasant and helpful, she made the experience very smooth. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. Also, the location of the building is amazing! Lastly, If you need parking, there is a garage under the building operated by LAZ parking, and Bala, the garage attendant, is wonderful. “Get the cheesesteak hoagie almost every Friday to break 20s for ump fees for some sport leagues. It is cash only, but the food is great.

Parking: URBN cafeteria shares a parking lot with it, but the cafeteria is only open Tuesday to Thursday. Parking lots get full then but otherwise super easy to park the other four days a week.“

Primos costs a little more than your average hoagie shop but the quality is more than worth it.
