But I can say the order taker was upbeat and pleasant, the girl at the window was the same, my fries were super hot and fresh, my burger was great. I wish all the fast food places had this crew that I got on 1/12/24.“

The owners and staff are passionate and caring and treat all guests with respect from the moment they walk through the door. The Fireside stays busy so it is best to make reservations if possible. The bartenders are quick and personable and are always coming up with delicious new combos. Also, if you are gluten free, you will not be disappointed! They have a wide variety of gluten free options and if it's not already gluten free, they can most likely prepare it that way if requested! “What a great place! Kids will love the inside barn to play in. A great place for families. Food is delicious ! Fresh, cooked fast, immaculate, clean rest room. Local products from their farm are used. Ice cream is fabulous. Kids can run around and have fun. We’ve gone about 15 or more times now. Our go to place on rte 340 to meet up with family.

Vegetarian options: Portobello sandwich. Delicious.

Parking: Ample parking lot!!

Kid-friendliness: There is a fabulous kids barn inside this huge space. Faux animals in the barn. Mooing calf outside the barn. Kids can sit on a stool and pretend they are milking. There is a shoot to drop wooden eggs in a wire basket. Kids love it. Stairs go up to a big green tube slide. You can eat at tables close by and watch your kids play. Very friendly area. Lots of families and Amish too. Outdoor tables. Emma’s Gourmet Popcorn is next door!

“The three of us went for a late lunch and even though we had to wait about 20-25 minutes to get a seat, the staff for the most part were really friendly. One of the waitresses has been there for a long time and is always super friendly to my mom and I. Food came out fairly quickly and tasted wonderful“

“The parmesan Brussel sprouts were not very good and had no seasoning. We got the (salt&?) Pepper burger and couldn't taste any pepper. It's also always freezing in there with very loud children (hence the 3star atmosphere). The fries are their saving grace.“

“I remember coming here as a teenager and it was always the best cheesteak/cheeseburger sub in the city. Since then it's slowly gone downhill with the taste, presentation and environment. Sometimes the burgers are burnt or the cheesesteak has no flavor etc. It mostly has to do with the idiots that have been hired in the past but still has downgraded. I wish it was the old speeds to be honest. I really miss that. It's still really busy all the time though so I know they get good business“
