“We had the most incredible experience hosting our wedding at Pomme Radnor with catering by Peachtree Catering. From start to finish, everything was beyond what we had dreamed of—gorgeous, magical, and intimate.

The venue itself is breathtaking, with lush gardens, a serene lake with swans, and beautifully versatile indoor spaces, all providing a private and enchanting atmosphere for our wedding day. It truly felt like a hidden oasis, perfect for celebrating with our closest friends and family.

Beyond the stunning setting, the service was exceptional. Our wedding day coordinator, Grace, was an absolute joy to work with—so lovely, friendly, organized, and calming. She was there every step of the way, ensuring everything ran smoothly and helping us with decisions, logistics, and even great recommendations. I had full confidence that our day was in the best hands, and she made the planning process seamless.

Our day-of dignitary, Ashley, was simply amazing—one of the sweetest, most attentive people. She anticipated our every need, often before we even realized it ourselves, making sure we were comfortable, well taken care of, and able to fully enjoy our day.

Of course, the food by Peachtree Catering was absolutely delicious and widely praised by our guests. From the mouthwatering hors d’oeuvres to the elegant three-course dinner and perfectly crafted drinks, every detail was thoughtfully executed. Their service was impeccable, and the entire day’s timeline ran flawlessly, down to the final moments when everything was packed up and ready to go within 15 minutes of the night’s end.

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to bring our wedding to life. Pomme Radnor and Peachtree Catering made our wedding everything we hoped for and more, and we are so grateful to Grace, Ashley, and the entire team for making it such a beautiful and stress-free experience. “Amazing meal. It's been 2 years since our last visit and I feel the food has gotten better. We live in Radnor and Blackfish is only 14min away which is great. Parking was easy. We found a spot on the st on the same block. We did the 5 course tasting menu and it was wonderful. My wife and I both thought the duck was best we've ever had. So tender with just the right amount of crisp on the outside. The portion were great too. I'm a big eater and I was full after the 5 course chefs tasting menu. My wife had to bring some duck home. I can only imagine what the 7 course works be like. It was our anniversary and we had the best meal possible. Service was friendly without being intrusive. This was probably our 5 or 6 time going. Strong 5 star experience.“

“Last weekend Sage helped us host our wedding! We had a fairly large crowd of 135 people and we did family style catering. Cortney at Sage was our coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She helped us create a menu that is tailored to us and when it came to setup, she nailed it from my vision. Cortney and the rest of the Sage crew worked with my venue (The Farm and Bakery) and made my vision come to life all around. Now the food! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! We chose 2 meats, chicken and filet mignon and wow, all of the comments about the food was unreal! I’ve been to several weddings and I must say personally the best “wedding” food I’ve ever tasted as well. With family style you can serve yourself how ever much or little as you want. Cutlets were crispy, croutons were crunchy, lettuce was cold and the dressing was plentiful. Seriously couldn’t ask for anything more. I’m now going to be making the drive from Philly whenever I crave it!“

“We chose Cricket Catering for our daughter’s wedding at the Duportail House - Chesterbrook the weekend of 10/19/24. I cannot say enough about how wonderful all of the food was. Owner/operator Drew was so easy to work with. When we first went to his facility for a tasting we were shocked by the amount of and the variety of the foods he served us, all at no cost. We sampled everything from appetizers to desserts. We chose a buffet style service which included a taco/fajita bar as well as three other entrees and side dishes. Drew was also very attentive to our guests with dietary issues. Items which were gluten free were clearly labeled as such. At the last minute we informed him of our need for two vegan meals which he prepared and served directly to those guests! What added to the event was his wonderful staff. The servers were so polite, warm, and friendly. We fell in love with them and especially the bartender!! She was the best!! Drew was also very accommodating with allowing us to bring in our own desserts, which included a waffle and ice cream food truck. Most caterers would not allow such things. Planning a wedding can be very anxiety producing, but Drew made the catering part of it as easy as can be. The guests are still raving about the food!“

“Daniel Israel catered our Friday night Shabbat dinner; it was outstanding. 100% Glatt Kosher. We chose a vegan , Israeli style dinner, as many guests were vegan or vegetarian, plus it was June, and very hot outside. What a fabulous, tasty, fresh, and colorful meal. Daniel was a pleasure to work with, and always communicated immediately to all of our million requests. His staff were professional, timely, and all smiles. The set up was tasteful with flowers, some greenery, and no fuss details. I cannot recommend Daniel more highly; he made our simcha complete and worry free. We also had a lot of left-overs, which we divided between our children, and ate heartily for a week!!
Standouts: Gazpacho, home made chummus, moist falafel, wild rice with mushrooms, tabouli with pomegranate (and other lovely things!), apple cobbler.

“I picked up my bag ($5.99) for Luigi and Giovanni s and was pleasantly surprised. I got chicken Parm, large mixed salad with balsamic vinaigrette and Boston cream pie worth $28. I also bought a fabulous half veggie hoagie for $0.99 and a large serving of spinach lasagna while I was there. The deli personnel were so nice! I will b back again, hopefully, with Too Good to Go deal but also for their amazing food food offerings. They even will cook your steak to order“

“The Whitpain Tavern is my go to neighborhood bar and restaurant. Great food, friendly employees and some of the best cocktails out there. The bar has it's share of regulars and it is always fun to go in, have a drink and talk with everyone at the bar. Tina who works behind the bar during the day is one of the best bartenders out there. Friendly, attentive, remembers her customer's names and knows her craft. Pat and Alex the owners are hands on, there every day and take pride in their establishment. Two super nice people that get to know their customers. The Whitpain is like my Cheers and I look forward to my visits there each week.“
