“Loved since we moved to PA in 2002, near the Stewartstown area, back when it was Summer’s. Young people, high school & college age, work there. They are very nice. When I order my milkshake extra thick, they listen. Soooo, yummy. Our kids, grandkids, my mom, and dog love it. Bubby always orders the Puppy Cup, even though he’s 12 now. Rita’s and Baskin Robbin’s are good, but nothing beats Bonkey’s.“

My buddy got a milk shake (which apparently they're known for) and said it was delicious.Lots of picnic tables to sit at outside as well as activities like arcade and nice looking mini-golf course. “it's awesome they should make a store all year. we go to east York and loucks everybody is so awesome. the lady in east York let's us try the ice in case we don't like it she goes above and beyond. “We come all the way from Massachusetts and always stop for ice cream and breakfast! The food is always so delicious and of course the ice cream! The staff is so nice and we love seeing them every year! We even get the best souvenirs to bring home! Johnny is hilarious and always so fun to have as our waiter! “Definitely a spot I would come to more than once. Ice cream is cheap, within the $4 to $7 range dependent on what you get. They also had a lot of ice cream flavors to choose from.

Not only does this place offer yummy ice-cream, but also a mini-golf course with about 20-25 holes. Not a super complicated course, so good for kids or a quick date. Cost was $7 a person.

I did not have the opportunity to try the food, but it was available if it was something you are interested in.

Can get pretty busy on a nice day, but has plenty of outdoor seating.

My only wish is that this place accepted card. It is cash only, no cards accepted. However, there is an ATM available for use. I think switching to accepting cards and cash could be beneficial for the company and customers.

Overall, a great place to go to if you are craving something sweet or looking for something to do. Will be returning.“

“I had a great experience at this Dunkin' Donuts! Gabby, who waited on us, was incredibly sweet and kind — she really made our visit extra special. The facility was spotless, and I was especially impressed by how accessible it was. My friend is handicapped, and the ramp was conveniently located right next to the parking area, which made everything so easy for us. “The service depends on employees and how far you are sitted from bar. Locals get all the speedy service and conversation which makes waiting on our meals more irritating.“

“On the night of my wife’s birthday, we found ourselves at the end of a long 4.5 hour car ride coming home, craving a special treat. We arrived just before closing (we know, everyone hates that) but employee Chris went above and beyond helping us out. He was patient, offered good suggestions, and hooked us up with a special blizzard complete with a lit birthday candle for my wife! If he’s not already shift manager, he should be! “The worker “Aiva” was exuberant, and immediately brightened my day. I understand tips are not a large part of their salary, since it isn’t a serving job, so I could tell Aiva was only this positive out of the kindness of her own heart, and very attributable to her character. I have just suffered a loss, and have not been able to pull myself out of bed. I went into SWEET FROG for ice cream to try to cheer myself up. Well, I’m happy now, but I’m not sure if it was the ice cream (😋) or “Aiva”. Just wanted to say the working staff here run a well oiled machine and they all attract customers. York SWEET FROG is booming. I told my extended family to all come in some time this week. I hope “Aiva” is working.“
