“Came here last week for the second time and it was just as good as I remembered! I got a smash burger this time, which was lovely. We tried a new chocolate mint matcha terrarium dessert which was interesting but not our favorite. Great service and delicious food!“

“I know all 5-star reviews are suspect, but my visit to DoGoods Tavern deserves the rating. My friends and I picked DoGoods based on their menu, which had several items I could eat on my restricted diet (no carbs). It was a Saturday evening and we did have reservations.We walked into the restaurant and instantly loved the decor. The place felt like a clean, friendly, Old World Pub. We were promptly seated and had quick service. Our waitress said she was in training, but still did an excellent job of waiting on us.The food was DELICIOUS. I chose the special of the day, Thai BBQ chicken and shrimp, and loved every bite. My friends ordered regular menu items including the spicy chicken wings, the haddock, and fish fry. Not a single complaint at the table. We all loved our food.Everything in the restaurant was clean. I made a stop in the restroom and found it well stocked and scrubbed. Even the corners of the floors and stalls were clean.It's unusual these days to visit a restaurant and have everything go just right, but that was our experience last week. I'll definitely be back to eat at DoGoods Tavern. I also recommend it for their quality of food, and the fact they had meals with only protein and vegetables, a rarity in this part of the country. Definitely a great experience.“

“First time here. Very well kept, like almost new. Spacious inside, and not smokey like a bar. I had the chicken bacon ranch wrap and a salad. Good portion size, as I couldn't finish. Lunch for tomorrow! Staff was very friendly. Other members with us had shrimp scampi, taco salad, quesadillas, all very nice size portions, and all took some home. Parking lot was paved, looked new. This was a very nice first time experience.“

“This is an unexpected delight. I had an appointment nearby with a little over an hour to kill at dinner time. The service on a Friday night was excellent and friendly. I ordered a burger to go and what a nice experience to discover a well cooked delicious burger with a nice presentation despite being take out. I have low blood sugar and low iron and was positively dizzy by the time I got home and opened the container and found that it was well worth the wait! Highly recommend.“

“Brickerville house is my favorite sit down breakfast spot. I’m a pancake lover and they have my absolute favorite pancake ever - the Cinnabon pancake. They’re huge and I can never eat more than 1 (even though the order comes with several). I also tried the French press coffee today and it was awesome. If you haven’t gone before, highly recommend!“

“Ah, the Olde Willow Tree Cafe - where great food meets questionable artwork!You can’t help but chuckle at the sign: “No Washing Your Balls In The Sink!” It’s like they’re guarding their porcelain like it’s the Crown Jewels! ?And those stick figures on the whiteboard? Well, let’s just say they’re the café’s avant-garde masterpiece. Perhaps they hired an artist who specializes in abstract stick-figure expressionism – fresh out of the mental hospital, no less! ?But seriously, the food is great and the service is too, unless Wendy’s there. If you forget to pay your bill they will issue a wanted poster. We heard of a Kinker that may be their bounty hunter, so just pay up!“

“Giving a great shout out to The The Station at Reinholds Inn. We went there for dinner this evening and had dinner in the upstairs dining room. Our food was delicious and our server was very pleasant. We shared the Crab Quesadillas, they were quite yummy. My Jamaican Jerk wings were fried to perfection, the toasted and glazed brussel sprouts were very tasty. My son said that his salmon dinner was great and so was my husband's fish and homemade chips. If you are looking for somewhere other than pizza on a winter weekend evening, please check them out.“

“We went to the porch in May for our anniversary and than in June for my birthday and tonight for my husbands birthday. Ruthann does a very nice job making you feel comfortable and welcome. The chef does an excellent job and we loved the meals we had so far. When my husband called for reservations and left a message the gentleman called us back quickly. “Excellent waitress. Delicious food. We had the mussels and the roasted Brussels sprouts bsthed in a balsamic vinaigrette. Also, the tasty HPR bowl made with breaded chicken chunks, based potatoes and corn drizzled with a brown sauce. Wonderful time!“

“If you think you are better then hard working, kind people, and are easily offended, this is not the place for you. If you enjoy amazing food, generously poured drinks, banter, and don't mind whatever someone picked on the jukebox for your listening enjoyment, you are missing out if you do not eat here. We live in a small waterfront town about 3 hours from here and we felt right at home. So much so, we ate here 3 days in a row. The staff here is absolutely amazing. The food was better then some of the fancy places in DC I've been. First night was a Thursday and it was steak night. For $19 we had perfectly cooked and seasoned NY strips, potato, veggie and salad. Night two, I had the fish special of Artic char with a dill creama, rice, veggie and salad for the price of what I usually pay for a burger at home. Night 3 we split a cheesesteak and potato skins and good lord...we weren't in Philly but it sure did taste like it. The women running this place are hard working, salt of the earth but will not put up with a bad attitude (as they should! Don't be a j***** We frequent this area and are so thankful we discovered this gem. It will be the only place for us from here on out.“

“My husband looked for something special for Valentine's Day this year and he found it! Was almost a trip back in time. The food was amazing, you know the kind of food that's been prepared, slowly cooked to perfection. Same with the atmosphere. Completely unrushed but an attentive staff. “Family established home cooking. There is a nice play area out back for your little ones with seating so the whole family can enjoy a meal outside. Drive thru and indoor seating also available. Food is made like grandma used to prepare it. Alternate locations as well.“
