“Great neighborhood deli with the best breakfast sandwiches around. Boccella's does the classic breakfast sandwich right! By classic, I mean the staple [meat], egg, & cheese on a kaiser roll. They have a good ratio of bread-meat-egg with the perfect amount of melty cheese, served hot. I haven't tried their lunch food but I imagine it's just as good!

My only critique is that they sometimes go on vacation and don't update their Google hours, so I get my breakfast sandwich hopes up and then my dreams are shattered when I see the sign on their door.“

“I have never had such a pleasant experience over the phone ordering lunch meat anywhere else but here. The young fella that answers the calls for the deli area was so kind and he really makes sure you have your order correctly when repeated back. On a Friday evening damn near a half hour before it closed at 8 I had to get lunch meat, thinking I was too late to order and thinking he would give me a hard time I was wrong, he calmly took my order and was very nice. I didn’t get no attitude or cocky looks because of the time. He does his work no hesitation. There’s been plenty of times where I caught attitude towards me at other places and they weren’t close to even closing. I was very thankful pleased and grateful.

Parking: Parking could be a little tricky if you’re not used to the area.

Kid-friendliness: They have little arcade grab machines gum ball machines inside to keep the kids occupied while you wait for your order which is great so they’re not running around the store“

Even though it is a small corner deli they have a large variety of items. They have Tastykake specials all the time. Staff is very friendly & helpful. I recommend them if your in the area.“

“This store has everything, except for dental floss apparently. Lol. I could do without all the tobacco products at the front but them bringing the taste of New York to Philly is a nice gesture. The food is served fresh and fast and is very delicious. Try the NYPD Favorite when you go.“

Wow! Now this is unique, Muslims running what was once a very well known and excellent 5 Star Jewish Deli. I got takeout Lox bagel sandwich + FF
The guy running the counter was great (new Muslim owner) and my bagel lox cream cheese capers onion & tomato sandwich was excellent & great fries.

So, noticing the Asian owners were gone and a counter guy with a bit of, hey this guy looks and sounds like he might be Muslim, I asked him - are you the new owner? Smiling proudly he said yes, I leaned in and quietly asked - are you Muslim? He said yes and I gave him my heartfelt Salaams. I love having the skill and knowledge of knowing how to greet people from a few different religions.

The place looked and felt very clean, the atmosphere had changed too. Bright and friendly and professional too. The “Vibe” of a good Deli was back, nice!

The 5 stars is for excellent service getting takeout and the food portions and the food quality. I have not sat down for waitress service and have not ordered any other food. This review is only for those things. But, based on that experience I will definitely go back.

“Hello and Good Afternoon Google. I visited this spot because I was in the Ardmore area and I needed to eat breakfast. I needed a battery in my car remote and I went to the dealer to get it done. I met so many nice people when I arrived at Martin Main Line Honda. I googled breakfast places in Ardmore and this spot came up. I parked on a meter and then I went in. This reminds me of a quaint and intimate place. There is a seating area and a place in the back where you can leave your personal business card. I left about ten and put them in the slots that were on the wall back there. There were slots for about fifty businesses and their respective business cards. I wanted a menu to take with me so that I could take a picture and post on Google. They said that the menus would be ready later after they were printed. They had many food choices, but I decided on soup. Chicken Gumbo. I am eating light since I have to stay in shape as a Personal Trainer for Fitness After 50. There were two options: Large and a Small. I decided on the Large and then I decided on Take-Out. I sampled it in the car and it was a little too spicy for me. It was good, just too spicy. They also had Chicken Noodle Soup. The staff working there were friendly. I would visit again and select another item. I also purchased a container of potato and macaroni salad.“

Flavorful and the perfect ratio of meat to pastry. I was expecting cream cheese in the guava and cheese empanadas but it wasn’t. Although I was surprised to see a cheese pull when I broke it in half, the sweet and salty combination was tasty. Overall, everything was well made. Definitely want to explore more of the menu. Very reasonably priced as well!“

Ken and Yudy have become very aware/learned their guests, and even know majority of the orders as these guest are usually.
