Very fresh and friendly service on the phone and in store.I swear when I called a month ago they said one tray would feed 8-10, but it could easily feed double unless you're feeding giants. Trays definitely seemed bigger than the other images posted in reviews. I could have ordered half as much, but they should keep for a few days as leftovers.“

“Writing this review because of the phenomenal worker there by herself during the lunch rush hour on 4/20/23. She was cool calm and collected while working efficiently on orders. My sandwich was delicious as well. The whole store was clean and updated. Very pleased with my experience.“

“The food is good but at the time we arrived, there was only one person working and quite a few people in line for food. Although she was working as fast as she could, she needed help. That help arrived about 15 minutes after we did. This did help the line move faster.“

Plenty of meat (and signature roast potatoes) and staff was great. The place is really convenient for us but that's not why we keep going back. We love the steak salads!“

I wish I had known that, because I'm pregnant and not supposed to eat cold cuts unless they're heated to 165°. “Although the young man that we encountered upon entering was noticeably annoyed that we came in with 55 minutes left until closing, he was very courteous and accommodating. We used a Promo from T-Mobile for a free medium Hook & Ladder sub with any purchase. The food was prepared in a very timely fashion and the other employee was also very gracious. I noticed the regular cost of the sub, however, without the promo was a bit high, so suffice it to say that I won't be eating very often. But a portion of every sale at Firehouse Subs is (supposedly) donated to local fire departments so that's a good enough reason to be a patron in my opinion. Overall, it's definitely worth a trip, and the money to, at least, try it once.“

I had the original sandwich and you have a choice of like five or six meats or more probably 1011 meats. I went here as I spent the night in Pittsburgh and a friend referred me to this restaurant. It is worth the trip!

“The building is old, both interior and exterior, but this isn't Subway's fault. They could renovate the inside, or at least update it, but the landlord may not permit it. Who knows. The staff has always been good, and the food is handled properly according to food industry standards. Despite the age appearance, the restaurant is not dirty. I've been a patron since I was 16.“

“I absolutely love going in and getting lunch at subway while at work at walmart the food is always great made just they way I'd like without any problems and the two lady's that work there Sherri and Lynn are absolutely amazing at everything they do.
