“Been ordering rolls here forever... I typically buy a couple dozen every now and then so my kids can snack on them. I noticed it has been getting worse through the years... I mean, I know inflation is a thing but come on now! First of all, the rolls do not taste like they used to, I am sure they are skimpin on something with the ingredients, then they are baked uneven, some are burnt and some are underdone... and then the size, oh me oh my!!! What in the world??? I gave 3 stars for service because even though I was irritated the service crew was somewhat polite... I complained about the size and he said at first that they have been getting smaller. After I pulled the "mini me" roll, he gave me another bag with 4 rolls. I can understand if these are being given free inside the restaurant but if I am buying them for $5 a dozen, something here is not right. You have got to do better Royersford Texas Roadhouse! I did not get what I paid for. Totally disappointed.“

“The whole staff was friendly. The food was awesome. A gentleman who was I believe a supervisor or a manager. Came over after we finished. Thanked me for my service. Chatted with us about the history of mission bbq. He made us feel welcome.“

“Stopped in while passing through. I ordered 1 chopped brisket sandwich and 1 sausage sandwich. The chopped brisket was absolutely delicious, one of the best I've ever had. The bread The sandwich came on is awesome. Very large portion of meat. Glad I got the bbq sauce on the side. While the sauce was good I dont think the meat needed it. After that I was regretting getting the sausage because I was thinking there's no way that gonna be anywhere near as good. I was wrong.... wow that sausage was incredible. Came with a mustard sauce and on the same bread. Very very impressed. Will return.“

“We had a 4 person reservation for dinner and had a wonderful time! We were seated in a less busy and more spacious area. Our server Vera always came around to check on us just as our meat was finished grilling and always came with a fresh grill! She also helped us cut up some meat when we were having difficulties cutting it. Would definitely return anytime I want a special experience!“

“Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. “I went to LongHorn Steakhouse in Pottstown on 8/1/26. My server Cassidy was attentive and thorough. She kept checking on us constantly and refilling our drinks when we didn't have to ask. Everything was very delicious! The only thing that was bad the bathroom really smelled and felt like I was going to throw up.“

“Our server Anita T was very friendly and helpful. Grilled corn was fantastic. Ribs were flavorful and tender. Shrimp were seasoned nice and not overcooked. Even the French fries had some good salt and maybe paprika seasoning. Others at the table liked their food as well. The biggest points was getting a visit from the manager. That never happens anywhere anymore. She took a minute or so out of the busy dinner rush to make sure we were happy, made a few quick comments and was gone. Very delightful. I’d say the lava cake didn’t have any “lava” and maybe wasn’t made that day either. I’ll be back more often.“
