“I had ordered memorial chimes with flower arragment at bottom. It was so beautiful and Jennifer was so very helpful and wonderful to work with even over the phone. After the flower arragment was done she sent me a text of what it looked like and it was awsome. I will definitely go there again and highly recommend this place . Wonderful job and pleasant people made this sad time so much easier. Thank you“

“Attended a funeral at RJ Slaters funeral home, 12 of us went there between viewing times and had great service and the food order was done quickly. Everyone enjoyed their food and the people from Virginia never even seen a whole chicken wing. It was a great weather day and a few of us even walked the block to get there..“

“My son and I had dinner for Mother’s Day. Our first experience at this restaurant. Aside from a small miscommunication where the side dishes were delivered to the table alongside the apps, everything was very good. They corrected the sides and delivered fresh with the entrees, the sides were easily large enough to share amongst three or four people and the food was very good. The app, sides and entrees, as well as the gluten free chocolate cake were all delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to return.“

“It was a nice little place. I dont do large crowds and this place definitely isnt big enough to get giant crowds, tho I could see it getting packed. Bartender Kelly was fantastic, talkative & funny. She's a very sweet lady. The crowd was small, Met a few nice ppl and Kelly had my back when sketchy men approached me. I'd def go back and reccomend to those looking for a soft non wild crowd to just socialize. Thanks for the great experience on my 1st time out alone and 1st out in years!!“

Service is a bit slow, but food made up for it.
The fried Brussels sprouts were recommended by our waitress. They’re good, fried and tossed in a sweet chili sauce.
I got the grilled chicken sandwich, pretty good, but I liked the fries better.“

“This is the second time I visited The Abbey and the food both times was SO good! The first time I had their mac and cheese and it was delicious. On this visit I ordered their Chicken and Avacado sandwhich from their Sunday brunch menu. It did not disappoint. The chicken was hot and the dressing, pepper jack cheese and sugar-cured bacon were a wonderful combination on naan bread. I would have preferred slices of avacado but that is my personal preference. I would not have ordered the side salad had I known how large the sandwich would be but I took home half of the sandwhich had a nice lunch the next day! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely return and would encourage anyone who is looking for a delicious reasonably-priced meal to try The Abbey. Very upbeat atmosphere.“
