“The morning weekend crew sucks as far as service goes and I stopped going there at that time. Ignored. And that same black Audi is parked in the lot every weekend morning. How hard is it to get the breakfast bell box together?The rest of the time I go there, the service is great.“

“This place has not changed since the 70s! If anything the booths need some work. The chili is good and try the burgers with the hot sauce. We take quarts home as I no longer live in the area. No you can not compare the chili (as mentioned in other reviews) to DC or other cities but you can not compare Schuylkill County to those areas either. The chili has a sweet, smokey flavor with a bit of heat. I notice some days it tastes different than others. Maybe it depends on timing of when it is made. We have shared it with others and no one said it was bad! I have relatives that get quarts of it for other people too. I will say we are hooked.“

“I was a little unsure what to expect but honestly it was great. I ordered ahead in the website because I wasn’t sure what to expect and I have some order customizations. The worker at the front was super sweet and looked in my bag and read my order off to me. She smiled when handing it to me. The soda station was clean as was the entire seating area. When I got back to my hotel, the order was hot and exactly as ordered. I was pleasantly surprised and I would definitely go back.“

“There was an issue with their credit card reader - none of my cards worked. Manager Melissa was very nice and allowed me the food w/o charge. Not only was this the fair thing to do Melissa did so very courteously with an apology for the “inconvenience”. Good burgers as well.“

The food, chicken, waffle fries and hush puppies, were excellent. Honestly can't figure out the love affair people have with Raising Kains because LJS is by far better.“

“After a long time, we enjoyed a delicious foot-long veggie sub before making a pit stop at Domino's for pizza. In the end, my family was happy that we decided to stop for the sub.

“I always have a great experience at this McDonald's. The service is consistently friendly. Staff greet you with a smile and are quick to take your order. The restaurant is usually clean and well kept too. It's a solid choice when you're looking for something quick and familiar, and the welcoming atmosphere makes it even better.“

“This is one of the better KFC's around , only one complaint the hours of operation on Google are incorrect the lobby closes at 8pm not 9pm and drive-thru closed at 9pm not 10 pm during the week for sure , I'm not sure about the weekends though . An employee from this location told me that they have tried for about 3 yrs to update on Google but Google has not done it for whatever reason , I just found all this out the hard way . I drive 45 minutes to come the Pottsville location because the food is about as good as it gets for KFC . I will come back“

“As of today of September 14th 2025 it has been the best experience. The manager was super helpful with helping me order, she even recommended to get my sub toasted which I did it was delish!!! I sat and ate it was kinda hot outside and the inside was so cool and refreshing inside I will be coming again“
