We ordered calamari and bruschetta as an appetizer, Chicken Alfredo, Veal Parmigiana, & Gnocchi Bellan for dinner and I am in awe from how delicious and tasty our meals were. The veal parmigiana is huge! It covered the entire plate. My husband is a veal fanatic and said this was the best and most tender veal he has eaten. If I lived in the area, I'd be in debt with how often I would be at Papa Al's. Run don't walk if you have never eaten at this establishment.“

“Finally stopped after a car show in Macungie on way back to Wilkes Barre. Did not disappoint. From the friendly service when I walked in to obviously the food. I had pepperoni pizza and a chicken Cesar salad. Great sized portions and absolutely delicious. Will definitely return.“

And then we read that he was coming to The Wood Stone Country Club….so we made reservations asap and brought his parents who were big Aca Mia fans. The place is picturesque and the tables were beautifully set apart. The large glass windows on the one side overlooked the beautiful scenery and greens where we watched a couple that got married ride around in their club car… fun! The wait staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The server was very personable and we shared our wedding stories together. I felt like I knew her forever! Great gal! We ordered drinks and the Caprese salad (ON STEROIDS!!!) to share …which as you can see in the picture is literally enough for 4 people as an appetizer. I would go back just for that. Our meals were piping hot, fresh and didn’t disappoint in portion size. I like to call it HEAD TURNING BIG! Amazing flavor in all our dishes! “I just moved to the area and was looking at the app slice for something to eat. I found this place and lemme say this..it’s been a LONG TIME since I had pizza THIS GOOD. I didn’t even get pizza this amazing in the area I previously lived. First 2 times I got the stuffed cheesesteak pizza which is phenomenal. This time around I got the supreme Sicilian pizza and it’s amazing. Very big portions for the price (you definitely get your monies worth) and the bacon cheese fries are also amazing.

The inn is vintage and lovely. A old photo of the restaurant hangs in the foyer. The food was nice and homemade. Very clean, and the staff was friendly. Our lunch was fresh and all the food coming out to other tables looked delicious.
