Weddings, planning, and all the details in between can certainly be stressful, but the staff and personnel at the venue were incredibly supportive, attentive, and genuinely easy to work with.

In addition to hosting our ceremony and reception at the Summit House, we also held our after-party at the Trails End Bar and enjoyed breakfast the following morning at the Hemisphere buffet. Everything flowed seamlessly. Our lodging accommodations were also excellent, and we couldn’t have been happier with how the entire event came together.

I know it's August but it was FREEZING in there!!! I used my walker to get in, which i always do, and it took a bit for them to send a server over because they couldn't figure out what to do with my walker, which is why I knocked it down a star. I'm not really sure about the handicap accessibility because the tables weren't spread apart enough for my walker to get through to get to the restroom unless I moved them out of the way, which I did. so that was unpleasant. the bathrooms were clean.
the best part was Justin our server. love, love, LOVE HIM!!!!!!!!!! if I ever end up going back, I'd request him as my server. he was upbeat, pleasant, always checking in, made sure we were okay. when we got in, I was really dizzy and asked if he had any pickles so the room would stop spinning, he disappeared and was back with pickles before he even took our drink order! he doesn't know it, but I don't produce salt so I was on the verge of needing my emergency injection and he kept me from passing out. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 he needs all the stars, recognition and promotion.
